Not, it can't. That passenger seat is only working for M1 right now.

Currently, the sidecar only can attach to M1P and M1PS.

Oh ok that's nice but if I have two passengers one of the sidecar how the second passenger hop on the back he or she gonna sideways or he or she have to put feet on the back seat and also is it come with different colors to choice from
