    Niceee, I just got this board in the 1800 layout in white, and hope to mod it soon as this is my first board that I'll be ever modding. Do you think swapping out the stock gaskets with d65 gaskets from kbdfans would make it any better in terms of flexibility?

      Nice! I really do want to try a 1800 layout! and yes definitely swap the gaskets to something more soft. Let me know how the mods go!

    What thickness of foam (or other dampeners) would you recommend to put under the pcb? Thanks.

    Is this worth to buy? For typing experience and sound after mods or Should I go for Kbd67 Lite R3 instead?

    Is there really a difference since this is gasket mounted, the pcb is literally floating and not touching the board.

    • @killakeyboards1945
      @killakeyboards1945  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I believe 3 factors make the board stiff. 1 is the pcb is not flexible due to its thickness and secondly FR4 is also stiff. Although the pcb might be "floating" the dense foam on the gaskets limit it's ability to move. Hope that helps :)
