The difference is, you are getting different nutrients and benefits. Both are really good for you. The honey one is easier to eat and more kid friendly. I am wanting a garlic that has no sugar and I want to have benefits from apple cider vinegar. Apple cider vinegar has its own host of benefits. 😀
Leave on the kitchen counter 3-5 days depending on how warm it is in the kitchen, than put away into fridge. The garlic will become green in the process which is normal. 😀
