Went this past October with a bunch of friends. Very trippy place, it's HUGE inside. We ended up being in there for almost 3 hours. We did go to the bar, prices were actually decent, and it's cool to watch the bartenders make the weird drinks. Took a ton of photos that I uploaded to my Google drive which I now have set as a slide show for my TV when the screen saver turns on.
@@richardlepreux8489 Seriously 🤦 that expression means it tastes like the thought of said nasty thing. Not they she's tasted feet and can confirm that exactness of the flavors 🤦
Just a pro tip. Every meow wold has a story line. & if you pay attention there’s small parts of the story lying around the exhibit. It explains every room and oddity.
Sadly, the slides have all been shuttered and partially dismantled, not sure if that is a permanent change. But if you do grab an employee boop card and explore the mystery, it's a fun, x-files sort of thing that unfolds across the whole facility back and forth several times. It's really a fun way to spend a part of your day - just go earlier in the day to keep the crowds down.
Yeahh when we went in Feb 2023 the slides were all shut down 😢 I was really looking forward to letting my inner child come out with those, but sadly not..
When I first went to Area 15 and walked by Meow Wolf Omega Mart, I really thought this place was just a retail tourist store. I had NO IDEA what it was about.
I went to Meow Wolf’s House of Eternal Return when I was traveling in New Mexico. It was the most fun, trippy and childlike experience I’ve ever had, and I was dead sober for it!
@@kwmccabe Childlike means to have the good qualities about being a kid, it’s not an insult. So things like joy, innocence and curiosity are considered childlike in an adult

Most shorts that ive seen talking about this are juat like "hey look at this weird grocery store" they dont tell you its an art attraction or that it even cost to get in. Im gonna go to Vegas next month and this have convinced me more to go
What’s adorable is that when my cousin and I were doing the puzzle part of it, a little girl who was probably around 2 or 3 ended up finding the handle to the secret door made out of lockers. I couldn’t help but crouch down and give the kid a high five. It was so cute.
4 hours is enough. We did the whole scavenger hunt and read every little file on the whole computer. Some of it takes a while because some of the design choices are very confusing and sometimes a family may take up the computer you need for 25+ minutes (which is very annoying). But overall without the confusing wording about what you’re supposed to do next, the scavenger hunt can be done in an hour. Another three to read all the extra little files and to find the small secrets. I’m confident after that you’ve exhausted 95% of what this place has to offer.
I went to Denver this spring and they have a meow wolf museum there that was super cool. Never would’ve thought they had similar locations elsewhere. Now I’m further intrigued
The best way to experience it. And I totally believe that the founders intended it to be like that. They for sure were on shrooms or acid or both when they designed these things
If my man and I ever go to Las Vegas before we go to omega mart my man and I are gonna eat shrooms before going in so we can trip out with the weird aesthetic 😂
After watching all of your shorts, I think I'm gonna talk my husband into doing Vegas for out anniversary. We have two weeks and there is definitely so much to do!! I love your content! He hates Vegas for the gambling, but it's so much more!! ❤️
It was Ok. After 45 mins I was ready to get out of there. Nothing but trippy light and sounds in each room. Honestly it’s a 1 and done. Will definitely NEVER go back here.
@@JaxRiley Your are correct! I've lived in Vegas for quite a bit(my whole life) and it is a permanent attraction! I was able to go Area 15 although wasn't able to experience omega mart. A little fun recommendation is to wear green, pink, or any other fun color since the whole place has black lights so if you were those colors or similar ones, you glow like a glow stick! One of my favorite attractions was the Museum Fiasco , were there's mirrors with lights, and if I remember correctly there's an eerie voice announcer and the lights repeatedly change colors. There's also an indoor Zipline where your attacked to a seat/harness which connects to the actual zipline. Then there's handles where you can choose your direction and the Zipline goes around the whole building.I really recommend for anyone to try it out!

Went to Las Vegas for four days. We decided to go to area 15 and visit omega mart. I’m 63 years old and I enjoyed it. A lot of the items at Omega Mart are for sale. But you enter a alternate reality. Once you go through one of the doors. You can go through the frozen section a janitor door a hole in the back of a tent. They all enter the alternate reality. For an extra three dollars you can do the investigation experience into a missing teenage girl. You can’t get distracted or you will not find the clues.
