    You will have a much easier time with your glue joints by easing the outside edge of the male end and use a 1/4 turn when connecting.

    You qualify as a plumber with that crack attack. That’s one reason I wear overalls. I know you will enjoy working in your own shop. Nothing like having your own and not working in somebody’s else’s shop even though you like them.

    Looking good Brandon, you'll appreciate the lean-to . Could always put up 3 more walls and you'll have that much more space enclosed and under roof.
    Is this building follow under " agricultural building "?

    nice job.i always tape my two cans together so its much easier to glue the pipes never miss place them then.i wold have thought you would have put I beams in the floor so your dozers would not wreck the floor

    • @dirtgrainsteel
      @dirtgrainsteel  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      That's a good idea I'll take some tile tape and do that....unfortunately somethings just wernt in the budget but I do have some conveyor belting I can lay down to run the dozers in on

    That looks great! So glad to see your dream coming true. Just curious if you’re putting in a slop sink too. A waste oil heater would keep you warm also. For free.

      Thank you!! Yes I will have a sink....everyone I talk to tell me to kinda shy away from the used oil furnaces they can be very temperental my uncle had one and I would have to agree he was always working on it

    great job setting up the floor and toilet pipes! yes both sections need glue makes sure there are no voids!
    sand sucks! just like swimming in the pacific ocean, churns up the sand and everything else that
    can rub you raw! just like getting it in your boots, acts like sand paper on your feet! you are
    making great progress on the build! everything builds in layers one step at a time, give good
    time for the concrete to cure! so it will not crack apart.

    I have noticed many other farm shops ran six inch drain pipe and still had to clean out drain pipe from wash bays. Might think of pushing up the pipe size on any of the areas you plan to do any machine cleaning and dii-angling the run to avoid nineties or forty fives to make easier to clean when the mud builds up.

    • @dirtgrainsteel
      @dirtgrainsteel  หลายเดือนก่อน

      Well I always use it anyways i think its pretty lol ....what do you think of the glue that you don't need Primer?

    • @Jmeinema1
      @Jmeinema1 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @dirtgrainsteel we use it sometimes for well points....but the main issue with it is that you need to let it set up properly or it tends to come apart and you end up looking like a wet dog

    You are looking great. Looks
    Like you’ve lost some serious weight. Thanks for sharing this video; it’s always interesting to see buildings going up, particularly when it’s your personal shop.
    Thank you for not talking politics. One way or another you either offend someone, or start an argument. It’s best to leave Kamala and Trump to the news. Best Regards and thank you.

    Where is the water pipe?

    • @dirtgrainsteel
      @dirtgrainsteel  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Not installed yet it will be a frost free hydrant up through the floor that away I can shut it off and it will drain back if for some reason the heat is off in the shop
