Hello! Actually I have audio array ai04 interface. So, I tried connecting 2 condenser microphones and record both the mics at the same time. Actually I want to record my drums with both the mics. But the problem is that both the mics are getting mixed in one input. I cannot separate the inputs. I mean in Fl studio in mixer channel 1 I am choosing input 1 and in mixer channel 2 I am choosing input 2. But if I speak in any of the mic both the mixer channels are getting signals.
Yo bro I can hear myself and everything in my mic turned everything on, but records no audio. I’m using a Mac charger to connect my interface to my laptop idk if that affects anything but was wondering what I’m doing wrong, thanks.
the charger may be the reason. It needs to be a dat transfer cable and not a chargin cable. Also you can turn off monitoring by cliking on the middle speaker button in your playslist and setting monitor to off. also make sure you are using the correct drivers. Lmk if you need any more help!
Do i need to get an audio interface to be able to record on fl studios? I got the high screeching pitch of death a couple of times and I don’t know what i’m doing I just want to record😭 How am i suppose to be able to hear the audio if i’m not suppose to hear the audio coming from my laptop with my microphone connected to it? It’s picking up the noise from my headphones.? Do i need to wear headphones to stop the screeching and so i can be able to record too??
You don't need an interface if you have a USB microphone, make sure you use headphones and have the FL Studio ASIO driver enabled. Lmk if you need any more help or if this works 🙏
Heyyy, I am here for and advice. I can't hear myself or the other tracks, because of the input and output not being in different places. What can I do about it?
make sure you enable mic monitor. go on the playlist and find where your mic track is. Click the little speaker icon and turn on monitor external input

@2010waslit no xlr into a interface is always better. It sounds like your gain is set way too high or you have fx in your daw boosting the sound. When you record your vocals end up covering alot of very quiet nose if mixed properly but you shouldnt really be hearing other rooms clearly. I would recommend turning down your gain and maybe putting your mic in like a wardrobe or something. Let me know if this helps 🙏
idk why but my rode nt1a (with Behringer UM2 audio interface) sounds almost exactly the same as your usb microphone. it also cuts out the same way yours does when its too loud like at 6:29 . can u help me pls :(
@nohssiwi this is probably because you're not using the correct drivers, make sure u download and use the ones for your interface in FL Studio. Don't use "FL STUDIO ASIO". Also make sure 48v is enabled.
