    I like the way they workout with us the whole time not just for a round and they say to repeat the video three more times.

      one time I did a workout and the looked in the mirror and I saw the line of my 6 back now I see a fat pack what happen

    I just want to write how i did this workout today, i have 4 kids all home for easter vacation but i found a solution. My 9 year old was doing homework and taking care of the 3 month old if he cried and my 6 and 8 year old were given the job of cutting vegetables for lunch. When they finished cutting veggies they came and worked out with me too. I feel great, lunch is well on its way, the kids are happy, thank you for another great workout. I couldnt finish it all but every bit helps.

    OMG this is the hardest workout I've ever done..I usually do the 5 miles walks. The first day I tried this I stopped at min 8 and in the second day I paused 4 times and I was like ''I'm done I can't do this anymore'',but I finally finished it and I feel great :D Thank you so much for this workout.

      Funny!! It's a little weird, it can actually be hard to do things that require balance in there because there's nothing to focus on, all white!

    I posted my body before and after i take HIIT workout from Fitness Blender in my instagram, boy oh boy how much different it is for only 3 weeks i'm doing it! I'm not joking..and every friends of mine was asking me how the hell i can be so different, what is the secret, and when i said i change my eating diet and doing exercise everyday, well except weekend..:)) But seriously this workout is work..and now i get addicted to always do HIIT exercise (i do this in the afternoon, and in the morning is for the tigh, butt and abs for like 20mins). Thank you kelli & daniel, you change my life..❤️

    If it included low impact modifications, it would be perfect workout. It has diverse movements that keeps you interested the whole time. I felt energized after. Only thing, for those of us who needs the low impact, it's a bit of a problem. I had to improvise, next time I'll have a list of alternatives ready. Thank you for this good routine.

    Burned 240 calories 36:42 with this workout 💪🏻 my new favorite workout (and I’ve tried at least 40 of FB workouts) as it targets the muscles I need work on: back of thighs, butt, and abs. Pay attention to the muscles that are sore the next day and those are the muscles that are worked out of their comfort zone. ❤ Kellie

    That was an amazing workout - the day after a Thanksgiving Meal =) , I really needed this and could tell that after being Blessed with a sitdown Job, I was out of shape. I used to work out 2-3 times/week. This is a great workout to ReStart with- Thank you and God Bless your fitness ministry

    Just completed this workout and I pushed myself to go hard through the entire thing. Great cardio at home workout. I couldn't make it to the gym today and was feeling sluggish...this brought my energy right back up! Thanks for this video and as well as all your others ones. You guys rock!!!

    I've been pretty unwell for a while and as they sort out what medicine I should be taking I haven't been able to workout. I did a few days of yoga to warm up for a full out workout and this cardio was a tough but great welcome back to working out. Thanks so much!

      It is very difficult, I started doing this about 2 and a half weeks ago and at some points I just start breaking down into tears because I am overweight. Actually, last week I practically quit, I just now started back at it. I have lost 3 lbs would have been more if I would have kept at it, still, I thought taking that break would make me gain everything I lost back, but nope. I am never giving up until I reach my goal, 130 lbs. I am 154 lbs as of right now. I am going to keep pushing through it until I get there, I hope you do the same.

    Having children doens't make it very easy to go to the gym as much as I should. I have 2 free nights in a week and 1 in the weekend if I want, so I use that time to go running with my daughter whilst my younghest is with his dad. The other days I do one off the fitness blenders excercises, for about 15 to 20 mins. My son is 7 months old now, I started about 2 months ago and my body looks in better shape then ever before! These execercises are amazing and I love what it's doing for me!!

    I sweat so much that I am literally drinking it. It's pouring down my face and into my mouth. This was a serious workout - not for beginners. But I loved it. I love all of them. Kelli is awesome. I don't know how she comes up with these workouts but they are excellent. Those toe touch crunches, wow, I could feel the burning in my abs big time. I remember when the first time I did a fitness blender work out I woke up the next day with my body in bits; now that doesn't happen at all. I notice I have way more energy too from these. They make you feel younger, and look it too. Long live fitness blender. Thanks.

    I love this! I'm 15 years old and I can't go to the gym because for one thing it's expensive and I don't drive. And this really is helpful it keeps me in shape ready for volleyball season! Workout complete!

    I just "completed" this routine. I made it to the end but stoped very frequently. It's a great excersise, even the stretching was very hard for me but i'm sure i'll improve.

    Hello dear Kelli and Daniel! First let me congratulate you for this great channel! I love your workout and that you are so real:)
    Second, I have a small question or request. I have over exercised last summer and I have created an infection in my right hand wrists. After couple of months of rest, it has gotten better but right after a yoga lesson or one of your HIIT videos I feel the pain again. It's very frustrating. Do you have any advice or maybe a video without putting too much pressure on the hands? Big thanks to you too!

    Hi Kelly, when I saw this video this morning right away I started to practice. Great moves, great new exercises. Thank you! :)
    Two things that distracted me a bit: the sound at the end of each pause and exercise is very quiet, I hardly heard it and the scale on the right side turned from green to red within seconds and stayed red for the whole routine. Could you possibly correct that? But the routine itself was perfect:)

    I do one of your cardio warm ups, then spilt a video like this in half, then go for a run for about half an hour and then a fexability cool down! I hope I get to a point when I can do a full workout like this one and a run!

    Sweatfest! Kinda tough for a 3, especially that ab round that felt never-ending, but I really enjoyed it in general and now feel GREAT that I'm done! I modified where I needed to, like low-impact fly jacks.

    I think the calorie counter bar on the right is broken in this video. :) By the way, is there any chance you guys could add a search filter on your website for workouts with a warm up and/or cooldown?     Y'all are so awesome. Your website is super easy to use, too. Good to use in the morning when your'e in a hurry, but wanna get a good workout in. I've been reppin y'all to everybody lookin' for a serious workout.

    Definitely one of my favorites! It is fun, makes you work, but not a killer, excellent for a workout towards the end of the week when I’m barely making it to the end of the weekly goal 😂
