For me, the reason why the man who asks the question is in doubt,
is because he is not really in love but just infatuated.
Deserving or not if you are in love you will be able to tell it or if not express it.
The moment that you are in doubt it means that you are not really sure about what you feel.
So why even bother confessing it?
To confess your love does not mean that you have to be in a romantic relationship.
It is just simply informing that woman about what you feel.
And if your love is real you won't expect her to love you back just because you confessed.
Accepted or not if you really love her just do it. It does not have to be approved by anyone.

I have fallen in love more than twice does it mean I got same in return no ... but I truly enjoyed the fact how much I could love someone unconditionally even though they never loved me back or appreciated or reciprocated... they knew but they were at a very different level ... they don’t understand or feel true ‘love’ and I cherished myself for being able to FEEL love for another...🙏I have met people who have NEVER been in love ...I consider myself lucky
