Yes I divided my waist by 4
For my hip I divided by 2,
For the back hip, I added extra 2 inches
For the front hip, I subtract 2 inch
So the back hip is 2 inches more than the front

Hello, tnx for d video. Can u pls state why you removed 1inch at d knee for d front and 2inches for the back knee. I thought it would be same for front and back knee.

It is usually the same, but If you use this method of adding more inches to the back hip, you will have to take in more on the back knee than the front, to avoid having excess.
Besides, taking more form the back knee gives more fitting for your skirt
