It is taking me far too long to find the time to enjoy these VODS, but thankfully I HAVE that time unline with Twitch, who only keeps VODS for 2 months before they are lost forever. I love that, Ramza (Jerd), in his pursue for noble goals, becomes a bastard Delita, in his search for destruction, becomes a noble There's also the whole dialog against Wiegraf about his sister. Character that look for good are outcasted by ones in power, and those who were outcasted by society becomes the ones in power, but for evil.
Getting 2 defenders. I am now following and very interested all around. Love the voice overs. Love the antics. Final Fantasy Tactics for life man. Great way to meet you and your stream!!! Double defender
I keep coming back to the same question every time Raise or Revive miss. Why is there accuracy to using a revival on a dead body......it's a corpse. It won't move....how do you miss?
There's a good mod on the psp version that allows you to buy back at the poachers den the gear the enemy stole/broke (among other very nice features like controllable guests, only fighting random battles when you want to since you need to point your finger and click on a place with random battles to trigger one - passing through them when going elsewhere will never trigger a random battle, etc...). Obviously unique gear like Excalibur isn't cheap to buy back but it's an awesome way to fix the issue (the other one are the mods that give Maintenance as an innate passive to all classes, but then enemy thieves and knights lose one of their signature features so it's not ideal). It's called "Final Fantasy Tactics - War of the Lions Tweak". I wish they'd implement those things on the PS1 version because I prefer good sound quality over the PSP bonuses & anime cutscenes, but heh, this might still be the best way to experience the game, especially for a newcomer. The FFT modding scene is a bit annoying because there are great features in many different mods but you can't have them all in a single mod...
I have no idea.. And considering all the stealing and breaking that the mobs do in this mod. Its really frustrating that he refuses to adress it aswell, especially when so many mentions it in chat. All it kinda feels like is that Jared doesnt give two shits about his chat.
Genuinely shocked when he made is several turns in the first two Limberry battles before seeing the Stop Bracelets outside, and Blood Suck inside, since you typically have to specifically plan around those just in the vanilla Tactics so as to not rip your hair out. lol
2:36:00 In this fight… Early on you got both assassins to hit your Ramza with Ultima without even trying… I am struggling to get that move for my mobile version of ‘war of the lions’ in the mean time… (want to master the class and it’s still a better range move than Throw Stone…) Amazing… The one(s) who modded this where smart enough to mod it but couldn’t finish it without an absurd amount of typos… 🫥😱🤯
… I think them putting two of an item that has “always auto raise” in a battle and neither unit with Maintenance was just stupid as it makes the mod a broken challenge once/ if the player steals both of them… Or even one. (And is possible still to win even if you can’t steal the items; just have to get down to just both units alive and take both down before the first can reraise… Using black magic ability Frog would help greatly in this. I know someone might try to claim without theft the battle would be impossible; so I state this- just incase) Also, it was true, originally “wall” only does protect & shell so… adding haste & reraise to it’s affects takes away quite a lot from the ‘challenge’ as well…. Over all, I’d say this mod doesn’t add to the game’s challenge, just changes some of the dynamics of it…

Every time Jared misses a high % chance I involuntarily say "damn you X-Com". It's a real problem.

I thought for sure the game was going to crash when the Defender broke. These games are really unstable.
