man , i have trouble with my vulcan griddle gas grill, one side dont stay normal sometimes heat sometimes stay cold if i keep it all way its stays and shuts of completly , ive change the thermostat i put the thermostat from the other side too to make sure thats correct one , ive clean the burners , change the regulator, idk what else i need to do ? any help

I noticed the stems on my wolf griddle has a wobble to it even when tight. Not sure if the stems are shot or what
