That's a pretty severe uphill lie. I got a lesson once and the teacher explained to me that it's important to try to match your spine angle perpendicular to the ground (the lie). So, if you have an uphill lie, you should try to lean back slightly so that your club head arc isn't going to smash into the ground behind the ball. I'm not sure how much that would help on a really severe lie like this one...but it's worked for me on softer hills in my area.
