Watch this video then bring up good wood run of the Valkyries irl and you'd understand what im talking about
The thing is gt7 sound more accurate yes its a bit muffled on some cars, if you driving the valkyrie in cockpit it sounds pretty close to reallife one, its just chase cam view thats to muted, but the tone is offen more accurate campared to fm, and look the camparsion with lfa gt7 is in a complety different league than fm, fm fucked up the lfa sound, and the other thing is gt7 has much more impact on how they cars sounds when you upgrade them in fm the sounds barely changes witch is strange becouse fh5 does this well to
@@andreasmoller9798 how can it be "accurate" and "realistic" when it's so muted that it sounds as if it was recorded in a bathroom.. i still stand by my point, pd needs to keep working on their car sounds, the improvements are there compared to say gt6, but i still think overall fm is better
@@belhedizied8937 fm is less accurate, tone is much more accurate in gt7, yes gt7 can be a bit muted in chase cam for some cars, in cookpit view the valkyrie sounds amazing through in gt7, the new fm does not have good sounds, its the worst sounding forza yet, both fh5 and gt7 has a lot better sounds, fm also have problems With shifting witch is to slow specially for cars using dct, fm back in fm4 had much better sounds at the time when we jag gt5, but the tables has pretty much turn the other way around now, just because a car is loud dosen’t make it good, and to many cars in fm is to loud specially stock, upgrades dosen’t have huge impact either on the sound in fm while in both fh5 and gt7 the sounds changes much more after you put upgrades on them
@@andreasmoller9798 that's because fm is not trying to be realistic, while both games are considered sim-cades, gt7 tries to be more more accurate to real life with lighting, weather, handling physics etc.. while fm has always been more arcady, requires less skill to have more fun, which is totally fine because in my book, unless your ac or iracing, I wouldn't care about realism, and when it comes to sound, gt7 is nothing like real life, for example, last year i heard one of the best straight six engines maybe period, that of the e46 m3, it was literally screaming and it was stock, but in gt7 it sounds dead, people need to understand that "realistic" doesn't automatically translate to "better", especially in a racing game that doesn't allow you to even change your tire pressure.
@@belhedizied8937 i can agree on e46 m3 it lacks a bit on gt7 but overall the sounds are pretty good, and they have reach point where they have more accurate sounds than fm if you cover in total for all cars, and dont forget that previous forza motorsport games had much more accurate sounds up to fm6 they was really good and after that they went downhill, witch is really strange since fh5 step it up from fh4, but that never carried over to fm, but where gt7 really shines is when you starting upgrading the cars they sounds so different to its stock version
GT7 doesn''t look great on this circuit. Sometime FM looks better than GT7 on the external camera view. And this is the case on this video. But most of the time, on most tracks, GT7 looks better. This just shows that something is holding back FM here. Probably the series S?
The GT7 was released for PS4, so the Series S is definitely not the issue here. The real problem is developers who want to remain in the same false illusion of “maintaining what is already good” and never evolving.
Wow, the amount of comments saying that GT7 sounds better is quite HILARIOUS, people have hearing problems i guess. Forza has much more sound layers with higher quality samples! This is coming from a GT7 player. What the hell people, turn down the bias in your mind!
The sound on FM is really good with the resonance near walls and such. GT7 feels a little toned down in the sound department and misses out on that extra high end detail. RT sound makes a huge difference. I prefer the material appearance on the cars in FM, but love the overall detail of the cars in GT7. FM wins on more realistic lighting of the vehicles on track. The cars in GT7 have always felt a bit dark and disconnected from the environment.

However, looking at any random still from the game I think Forza generally looks more like real life. The other comment in your thread that mentions rain being unrealistic is nonsense.
Has forzas problems been fixed with updates yet? I’ve decided to not play the game until they fix it lol.
give it a year then ;)
Forza's problems are totally fixable, it has great potential. FM already better then 3 month ago, but there are still a lot of work.
There is just something off about Forza Motorsport
GT7 doesn''t look great on this circuit. Sometime FM looks better than GT7 on the external camera view. And this is the case on this video. But most of the time, on most tracks, GT7 looks better. This just shows that something is holding back FM here. Probably the series S?
The people behind the game are holding back forza lmao. devs are a bunch of idiots
I like the sound of the tires in the FM curves.👏🏻
I find it so distracting and fake sounding

В гран туризмо всё хорошо, но статичная камера как всегда ужасна
C'est étonnant de voir combien de personnes préfèrent un jeu cross-gen à un jeu next-gen.
Bravo GT🙏🏾.
@@joescivicCringe
GT 7 is better but im biast as im a ps5 owner...the ps5 is a great console and im so glad i bought one...built in dvd and ultra hd blu ray player and amazing games with amazing immersive graphics..whats not to like?
Forza Motorsport looks amazing with sense of real speed while driving 🚗 it's truly amazing
The texture on the car in gt7 made them look like a real car, while in forza 2023 looks good.
GT7 clearly just wash out this meme game 🤣 "build from the ground up " famous last word 💀

A real comparison. AC beats both of them. They dont compare to its audio track
With mods
Not on console. AC on XBX/PS is god awful. Best racing game on console is Forza Horizon 5 or GT7.
Forza sounds better, GT7 looks better!
Still rocking the controller for racing…😝
Forza Motorsport is best, gt7 indie game❤
they just dont sound that realistic or exciting, there needs to be more echo or something.
Man, these drivers… hahah specially in GT, are they using controllers? Omg
How these youtubers make forza as colorful as gt7? its grey by default
now compare it with NFS High Stakes.
FM8 is something that someone would make fresh out of college as a game developer (fm8 is by far the worst sim racing game ever released)
FM - most mediocre racing sim/simcade of last decade
FM 9/10 GT7 3/10 its clear as day
Lmao ur eyes and ears deceive u
God the car sounds in these games are just abysmal 🤣
Lemme guess assetto corsa has better sounds...

Cool now do the VR comparison…oh wait nvm… 😂
Tha suspensions on Forza are ridiculous! Sport car and it looks like an SUV 😅
The sound in Horizon 5 is much better than either of these examples
FH5 slams out both of these in terms of exterior sound but GT7 does have accurate interior sound tho,
perfect sound would've been a mix of GT7 and FH5 in some ways
This car drives amazing in Forza Motorsport!
In handling is one of the best non-racing cars in the game!
Well because it mostly is a racing car
It handles just as good in gt7
GT7 looks and sounds better the other sound childish and i like forza .
Forza looks incredible inside but when you get on the track to race it looks like poop
This isnt a fair video!!!!! It should be fm8 vs Gran Turismo 3
Why does it sound like it’s been auto tuned in forza?
Because T10 cut every corner possible with FM. Every. Corner. Possible. They're now trying to save face and scramble to correct their horrendous mistakes. They knew what they did, they just thought we wouldn't notice.
Visually Forza is far far ahead. However the game itself being a trash scam unplayable online experience, I would not recommend it at its unjustified full price.
I have to go with Forza.
Am I the only one who thinks Forza Motorsport looks more realistic no matter how you look at it? Forza Motorsport's depiction of rain is amazing! But as expected, GT is the better Japanese car. (P.S.) I understand everyone's opinions, but this is just my personal opinion.
Yes you are the only one.
The rain is unrealistic and The reflections of the ground
@@abdprz Well, we all have different ways of thinking, so it can't be helped. My real answer is "both are fine." Both have good points and bad points. I think this is the best answer!
Nah I agree with you. Fine details on car models are definitely a lot better in GT7. I also really love how GT7 looks at night aswell. However, looking at any random still from the game I think Forza generally looks more like real life. The other comment in your thread that mentions rain being unrealistic is nonsense. Both games simulate weather changing and the track slowly becoming wetter. I also think Forza being more “washed out” doesn’t make it less realistic. GT7 clearly has exaggerated colours, contrast and light reflections. Honestly both games look incredible I really don’t understand the hate on Forza graphics
@@joescivic Well, if you want to make it resemble reality, then maybe that's the case. But in the end, it's just a fake game. Xbox is the next generation, but it has its limits. This is what I think: ``Expecting too much.'' I'm Japanese, so I don't know if it's a good fit, but it's not good to expect too much from anime, dramas, and games. The people who make Forza Motorsport are the same people, so both humans and machines have their limits. I'm not criticizing GT, I think both are good. By the way, this is a translation, so I'm sorry if there's anything weird about it 💦
@@menntanaexists opinions and facts. facts: GT7 has better sounds, models cars, reflections, Illumination, Physics
FM8 had a great downgrade looks like a remastered, FM8 has better trees on the circuits
Its Insane how great Forza Motorsport looks and feels
😂
Turn 10 should pull this mess from sales and go do something else..What a disgrace
Forza is superior. GT7 seems like you are in slow motion.
What TV do you have for forza because if that's on series x then it must be on a high end tv to look this good.
FORZA!
GT7 is gorgeous
GT
The sun doesnt exist on forza😂
The GT7 only looks good when the car is stationary. On the move, Forza is much better.
Lol
Bro said this game better than GT7 💀
This is true, you watch 90% of comparison videos on here and it's always GT7 with a car in the showroom, never during a race. Also, they still use 2D trees lol, and that god awful fixed chase camera, absolutely killing any sense of speed.
From the trailing perspective I agree. In GT7 it looks slower and I personally don't like how the car and view feels in GT7. I haven't tried it in FM but it looks good. I usually race with the hood visible in GT7 and have no complaints about it.
There is 100% more detail in forza. The world looks more realistic and more is being rendered. However on my pc maxed out, it just has issues. It’s too white washed, and it has this weird issue with blur. Until they fix it, if they fix it. I’m not gonna play it.
No, añadir más elementos al entorno no lo hace más realista, realista es ser fiel a la realidad siendo obvios, como en el caso de GT. Tienes comparativas por todo Internet.
En cuanto a modelado y detalle en los vehículos ni mencionarlo. Gran Turismo apisona a Forza.
The GT7 has a similar sound, but it's not as powerful.
Forza dominatiom, gt7 crying ❤
