Everyone knows the smile is the proper EQ setting.

Man! That is killer! Thank you for posting this. Loved Pyramid when i was a preteen until my early 20s. Pyramid kept me in car audio until i was able to buy other audio equipment.

Cool gear. Loving the hairtrick from that little port. Can't wait to see Derek do a deep dive someday.

You didnt mention if it sounded good bad or other. You just said it was interesting. Pyramid was a low low cost brand sold at flea markets. That said as a teenager I loved Pyramid because I could afford it. Pioneer Jensen Kenwood Sony were the big dogs made in Japan with a much higher price that Pyramid.

It looks like the level meters are calibrated well. From what I can tell it doesn't distort until the lights get into the red.

I picked up a 1980's Corvette beater for resto-modification and a matching era stereo will be BITCHIN DUDE

Brother Mullin love looking at this video. I'm 60 years young now! I remembered how equalizer and or equalizer boosters were the BIG CRAZE back in day! Where you got those CLASSICS NEW STOCKS from? I would love to get my hands on a CLASSIC 1980'S GHETTO BOOM BOX with two 8" inch woofers by JVC or PANASONIC!

I have a place close to here that's like a time capsule. Once in a while they let me raid their old stock and I pick up a few things.

Nice! Mint vintage gear in action.
Might need to check out the right channel circuitry. Something not right in there being differing amplitudes...
