- Denver showed up AGAIN! Night 2, we ran into a 1700HP GTR, 800HP Mazdaspeed6, a bunch of SERIOUS Corvettes, and a couple mustangs that THREW DOWN. This was the kind of door to door street racing action we love!

That motor was loving them turbos! The flat plane motors just do so much better with turbos than superchargers.
@@rileyneufeld7001 they make about 105-110hp more than the coyotes at the same boost levels. It is a very efficient motor.

Connoisseur Of Cars & Tig Ol Bitties I drive a 2007 speed3. Our cars get shit from the car community (fwd, small stock turbo, etc) but there's a handful of tuners/shops out there who only mess with our platform and know their shit so speed3's can make reliable power when the right people are involved in the build
O yeah. Speed 3/6 and ST stock blocks with built internals can withstand +650whp all day. And some sleeves and you're into the +1000whp range (for the Mazda platform, it'll be a while before the ST Platform gets to 4 digit HP number.)
L33tRazgriz don’t forget that some of these speeds also run way faster with a 6th port aux fuel kit and even an e50 tune can get this thing moving. (let alone full E) (i also own a 08.5 speed3 love my speed)

I still like Mazda 3 than Mazdaspeed 3. Why? Not a fan of hatchback but my Mazda 3 is now 526HP tested in Dyno. Turbo is Garrett gtx3076r. I could increase more but little worry to blow off my motor.😨

It's obvious in the video.. 800whp ms6 weighs similar to a 5.0.. if the 5.0 makes 650-700 like most 91-e85 it would have had trouble. the colt kept up decent until ms6 top end came around.

I've had my red one for 10 years. Pristine, 92k miles, stock motor, every bolt on & S4 turbo running corn. Sadly, selling the end of the year. I'm already missing it!!

I would say it's the weight on the all wheel drive on the Mazda6 becomes a downfall on rolling starts. I own a speed 6 so good to see it has good potential. Great vid.

Yeah. Speed6 is a 2.3l 4banger bud.
The only difference between a Speed3 and a Speed6 is one is FWD, the other AWD.
Even the short ass gearing is the same for both cars. Lol
The 3.0 v6 isn't a great engine to build as they don't have a lot of room to grow, nor are they reliable when making power, which is why so few are even kinda fast unfortunately
