I dont know but Damac has horrible aftersale service overcharging their service fee, lack of quality, and tiny tiny lay out. Im not sure of they changed in the past year

I agree for someone with small budget. He should go to Emaar 15,000 townhouse in the height country club and wellness between AED 2,500,000 and AED 5,000,000 without any building, way more walking area, bigger masterplan, better developer, better quality, better finition...
