I feel bad for Laman and Lemuel. I feel like, at least at this time, that they did really care about Nephi, because so many times we see them get pretty sorrowful after they've had some sense knocked into them. I think they just had a tendency to get so angry so quickly it overrode their judgement. Sadly, I think this eventually won over them and eroded their love for Nephi

Why are you releasing this series in 5 min segments? ANNOYING! If you want to turn this into a series vs a long movie. Do one hour segments at a time! I don't want to want it 5 mins at a time. I get it the missionaries might use that 5 minute clip. Ok. Have a sharing with other playlist. But you also need to have it all stitched together without the annoyingness
It's just like the New Testament videos. Remember, this will be seen by nonmembers and young people. They need a short version. Also, as you study the scriptures, it's great to go back and see the video of the section that you need. Short videos you can watch constantly, if it's a movie, you probably watch it every once in a while. I like the short videos.
Steven Schultz, I know you sure do love watching the Book Of Mormon Videos. Imagine a kid who loves eating his favorite cake of a considerable large of size. Of course, he cannot eat it whole so he might take a small piece of it, a piece of cake where he can manage to eat. The makers of this film cannot do it in a one whole sweep, of course they need the guidance of the companionship of the Holy Ghost. As we ponder to read and study the scriptures, we might take a pause and afterwards we can read it again. I hope this may help you understand.
