It's kept at Stewart Airbase in Newburgh, NY. Stewart used to be a SAC HQ and has 14,000 ft runways. It can land the Space Shuttle and just about anything else.
Actually Sac headquarters has always been,at Offutt air force base in Eastern Nebraska and adjacent to Bellevue Nebraska
My father was a carpenter who installed all the doors in the underground bunker some ten stories underground at Bellevue in the middle of the fifties
Sorry Bill for the error. To be fair, I never said it was "the" SAC HQ. I said it was "a" SAC HQ. I am aware that "the" SAC HQ is in Nebraska. I should have been clearer. Stewart airbase was, back in the day (1948?) I believe, one of several regional command centers for SAC. Stewart was a military airbase with a "nuclear proof" (for 1950s anyway) or "hardened" blockhouse. Which upper levels of can, I believe, still be seen today. I am only aware of this bc my grandfather, an electrician, helped build the blockhouse. He told me the walls were/are 7 foot thick. The President, JFK and others, would fly in and out of Stewart when visiting NYC. Bobby Kennedy had gone to Harvard and played football with a Newburgh high school administrator, Ralph? Petrillo. They were friendly and Bobby loved the ice cream at a Howard Johnson's which was next to the Stewart Airbase. Bobby would frequently stop in at the HoJos and get himself some chocolate ice cream or shake. Bill, as you admittedly know more about SAC than I do, maybe you could tell me exactly what Stewart Airbase was, if anything, as far as SAC was concerned.

There is zero chance of a commercial aircraft ever landing onboard any aircraft carrier. Apparently the person who put this together has never been onboard any carrier

Wing span is too wide and the port wing would have hit the island, the landing approach was from the bow toward the stern no way would this aircraft been able to stop before going over board and where was the copilot?
As a former Air Traffic Controller, this makes me laugh as most all the video(besides being FAKE) is in violation of all air traffic control rules, thing like this just doesn't happen. that carrier is about 1000 or so feet, the pilot touches down about half way and stops with about 3 seconds. That don't happen in real life, might make a good cartoon.....
