#4 offers a clean "fresh air " feel to the home not stuffed with lots of upholstery and heavy decor. Modern clean lines are the need these days. #3 also is a favorite due to same lux feel of openness and clean feel.

I enjoyed that despite there being quite a few errors (e.g. “West Vancouver” is an entirely different city as opposed to the west side of Vancouver, the Elements House is not the one shown here, Tecumseh house is not the most expensive property in Vancouver).
