Lads u don’t need flash card just read the cgp book and understand the content. Understanding will go further than any memory flash cards will do

Just understanding wont cut it mate. You have to spend time memorising (e.g blurting, flash cards) and trying practice papers. That is how u do well.

i done my GCSEs the first time in 2022 and I failed science (combined) and a few months after thought about retaking and shortly after I payed to do the exam privately and taught myself 85-90% of the course (rest under a teacher) and alhamdullilah after all my hard work i was able to pass

(I do edexcel btw) For me I sarteed making scinece flaschards in november using the specification but it took me till the ned of my second mocks to finish. So I just reead them the day before and memorised them the day before and went from grade 4 knowlege to grade 8/9 knowledge in a day. Tbf It took me like 7 hrs to memerise one paper a day before but it was worth it. I got an average of 75 out of 100 in each paper after a day before revision without previouly understanding the concepts. Even if you don't know the the concepts before, by going through factually correct flashcards most concepts will just fit into place eventually.
I am so panicking, i havent cleared the sylabus for GCSE sciences and the time is LESS!!!!!!! not even started past paper!

i personally dont like flashcards so what i do is after understanding the content i make a mindmap from memory then go back over what i missed then i do some exam questions
I honestly struggled to make flash cards since I always used to feel like I was not retaining as much information as past papers would allow me to retain. Kinda regret it now.
so basically watch videos, test yourself with pre-made flash cards, go back to the flash cards every now and then and practice
i'm in year 10 so i have mocks this year, but this is very helpful to see since i have like 3 months until those

Yes
But blurting will take more time, that’s best for having the best understanding of the content and then you use flash cards to remember that content you learnt
blurting is so underated i done blurting js a day before my psycology exam and i didnt study psycology since yr 9 and i aced that test

can i go from 7s in science to a 9 in a month? is that ultra realistic if i put in the work ?
Its realistic. just do a past paper or 2 every day. I did no revision until day before my mock exam i did 1-2 past papers and marked it, and i got from 6/7 to 8 and almost 9 on my sciences. I am revising for my GCSEs and i just do a past paper on a subject every day and eventually the things that you got wrong you will remember, also it helps you learn the mark scheme. You are not studying the subject you are studying the exam. Just keep doing past papers

How do you do english lit and language help please!!!!
eng lit memorize around 5-7 quotes for each character varying from start to end of novel/play. And memorize the analysis word by word. Do the same the the themes. For language its just exam paeper practice. But for creative writing, memorize a plot line or vague description, eg for weather, and adapt it to the question.
