had to check and yeah apparently this one even predates the original Aggretsuko from 2016 (from before the Netflix adaptation) but based on the clips you've shown, i don't think the 2 shows are all that similar.. but i'm gonna have to watch it first
Inspiration maybe, but not stolen concept. The creator of Aggretsuko made this anime to show a glimpse into the Japanese work environment. This is more Americanized in many ways. Sooo... Maybe rewatch them both? Cause Aggretsuko actually connects to its audience. This is more of a furry fraiser.
This was OK enemy as I only knew about it because Netflix actually used to have it on its platform years ago back in the previous decade and it was OK but yeah like you said the end yeah it’s nothing like Aggretsuko, they both have comments that they both involve animals in a educational comedies sense but that’s as far as a similarities. Go other than that they are nothing alike..
If you watched till the end, you would know that I don't see it as such. that thought is based on personal assumption by most who stumbled across it like me.
Personally i dont think it plagiarized Aggretsuko. I remember watching this after hearing about it on 4chan when it premiered. And some time after. I notice there is quite a few office setting anime where the characters are anthropomorphic. Aggretsuko for sure became the most popular one. Remember watching the shorts before the anime was even announced. Recall one starring this lion guy anime African salary man or something, havent watched but it looked interesting.
I agree that Aggretsuko didn't plagiarize this anime they have similarities, but I disagree with some things. The art style is more cartoony and detailed than Aggretsuko. The characters are different. Jake, although he has self-esteem problems like Haida, is more clumsy, has a high appetite, and is dumb, unlike Haida. Jenny is more neurotic than Retsuko, and unlike her, she is more strict. The office setting is nothing new it is like calling The Office a ripoff of Dilbert. Anisava seems interesting sadly, Tubi is unavailable in my country. I think the show was going to have a second season. If it got more audience, it seems it didn't got notice and ended up on Tubi to at least win some money. PS: Tsunoda best girl!
Anyway knowing your the only who made videos of this show on this year, do you plan to archive the episodes? We don't know much time is gonna be on Tubi.
@@electromaniac9723 most likely. I'm from the US and I see them as the first couple results. if anything happens, I could always upload them on archive.org

Do watch it, and you'll see what I mean. Mainly on its humor. But I was also talking about the art style too.
Maybe, probably inspired, but there is nothing wrong with inspiration, actually I would say that's encouraged in writing.
damn im early lol, good video here tho!!

I was mainly talking about it being mostly set in the office environment, how the humor sets itself, and the character designs.
holy fucking shit, never would i have ever thought id see anyone talk about anisava like, ever LOL
I guess I hold that crown achievement of being the first person to ever acknowledge the series after a decade of it being left obscure from the public

I like this anime
Plagarism? That might be a stretch

If it was all completely wiped, then yeah i would upload them all for sure
@@RagingRedPanda I can't find any episodes on TH-cam, maybe they are region restricted.
