I can't help but cry with joy. Your hitting on so many things that I remember as well. Thank you for the vids. Keep em up.
We had a 74 Ford ltd wagon and an 85 buick electra wagon also an 83 Wagoner all with wood paneling.
Highway robbery prices versus mom's 'free' sandwiches (packed enough to feed a small army!)😂😊
Thanks for sharing! Brought back many memories. One was when my parents bought an 80's GMC van. They put a mattress in the back and laid on it as they drove. So many great memories of camping throughout Ontario. ❤❤
Thanks Lisa. I remember those station wagons.
Living in CT our summer trips were usually Boston, Cape Cod, Newport, Vermont, NH...and definitely Lake George. We had the same cabin every year...and knew the same families. Everyone would wake up when my dad would cook bacon and eggs outside on the cast iron pan...and watch movies outside on the side of the registration building while eating HERSHEY Ice Cream.
That sounds like an amazing memory, thanks for sharing it
