I subscribe to wordwall and I have no regrets. I have made loads of activities and my online students love them. I love them because they are self correcting
Thanks very much for all these videos! I have learnt so much from them. Every single one I have watched over the past two years has added something else to my teaching enjoyment and I can implement the new info immediately. Amazing. Thanks again.
Another great idea from Russell. I've just finished a wonderful course with Russell. If anybody is thinking about doing a course. Stop thinking and sign up. The course is so well designed, easy to follow even for somebody as clumsy as me, so practical. Also, Russell is so helpful and is always there to help, Thank you.
Very welcome. I have some new stuff coming out very soon. It might be worth signing up to the newsletter on my website www.teachertrainingvideos.com/sign-up.

Hi Russell. In Thailand, because of the current closure of all schools, we have been teaching online since May. Whereas as teachers, we are improving our techniques for teaching, I have become aware that the students are beginning to get a little bored with the same old, same old type of teaching. This tool will give me the chance to spice my lessons up and add to the motivation of my students. Thank you and best wishes.- Nick
Thanks Nick for the comment and I hope it will work for your students. Here is the link to more technologies which you might find useful too: www.teachertrainingvideos.com/most-popular-teacher-tools/10-great-technologies-for-teachers
Thanks for another useful video Russell. I'm using an academic English coursebook in an online class and while the content is interesting, it's not presented very well. I was preparing a lesson today that is now a lot more engaging because of this tool - it's colourful, fun and easy to use. Suddenly, sentence jumbles don't seem so dull!
Fantastic! I have some new stuff coming out very soon. It might be worth signing up to the newsletter on my website www.teachertrainingvideos.com/sign-up.
Great video as usual & my learners will most definitely know all about WordWall in the very near future. It's a simple but very useful tool & I'm fairly sure I'll be going premium in the near future. Looking forward to using it & expecting a good response from learners. Many thanks Russell & best wishes from Hamburg
DORENE OSTER 8 months ago Interesting, definitely going to check it out. Thank you! Sir instead of score can we use remark in word wall if there please help me.
I am sorry, I am not sure. It is really for formative assessment and so I don't think it focuses on detailed feedback rather quick checking. I don't remember that I can add comments
Hellooo ...Oh oh Russell!!!! I'm a big one a big fan of your training videos.I focus learn them step by step in your videos for my students. My online students love them very much. The question is we can use the games kahoot and wordwall with all class while teach online in google meet? Maybe you and your family happy in good health all.
Kanya, of course you can. You can share the links to the wordwall and the students can access them by clicking on the links. With Kahoot they will need to have their SMART phones to access the game while you share the questions via Google Meet
Welcome on board! You can sign up to my Newsletter in order to receive all the latest info about my work, videos, courses etc..: forms.aweber.com/form/61/763053361.htm
just wondered if you use wordwall with zoom, does it use a lot of student data up if they are using their phones and you are sharing the screen with them to play some of the games? ps thanks for the video. i now love wordwall
I use it all the time. Wordwall and Zoom work perfect together. Create a wordwall and share the link in the chat window in Zoom. It does use data but so does Zoom, so it's just the same.
It is a bit different to Kahoot, Kahoot is more game based this is more about quick formative testing/quizzes but it is good fun and I am using it all the time now.
Dear Russel I made 5 activities in free version of wordwall . Jut I deleted one of 5 . Now in myactivity there are 4 activities. But I can not continue to make another activity . It says I am not allowed to make one more! In your video you said that we can archive and delete them . May be I didn't grasp your explanation well.
Exactly, you can only make up to 5 and then you must edit them, you can't delete them and make a new one. I did try to make that clear. Sorry if it was not clear. Why not make another account with a different email address.
Hi Russell I teach remotely and I am always trying to keep my students interested and active. Can you tell me if I can play these games together with my students or do I need an interactive package to do this. Keep up the great work as I have learned so much from you since I have been teaching solo.
Just sign up for free and you can use up to 5 games for free and you can edit and use them again and again. It is a great tool for making sessions more interactive.
Can you use one of them in a zoom class and show us how to? If I am in zoom and I share the link, organizing students in groups, does it matter that all the groups enter at the same time??
It will work fine. Each student will be working from their copy of Wordwall. Share the link in the chat window, and tell ss to open in advance, then put in groups and one person from each group will need to screen share wordwall. It will work fine.
Hi Russel. How can I use all these games with my students online ,As I have tried to put them on Miro white board, but unfortunately didn’t work ,could you please suggest other ways how actually make them work in virtual online lessons? Thank you so much
@@ttvRussell Thank you so much Russell ,really appreciate your answer.Thank you for teaching us so professionally and giving really important and valuable information.
I have never done this, so I am not 100% sure but I think the answer is no. Once you edit it, I think it will mean having to reshare the link. I am going to test this next time I am on Wordwall
It is not really the way to work with Wordwall. It is about sharing the link so the students can do the exercises. You could add a link but not sure you can embed.
Hi Russel. I'm a big fan of your training videos. I use Camtasia for all my editing of my videos. Thanks for all the good work!

Hi thank you for this video. How can I add these games to a PowerPoint presentation? Thanks
I would just share the links to the games. I don't think you have an embed option. These games work best directly from the website.
