This recently started happening to my students too :( It's weird because I can resend them the same link and it then works. Do you send the links through ClassIn task? Another teacher thinks it could be something related to opening it through ClassIn. It's not happening every time though. I'll let you know if I can figure it out.
@@shanamumford4942 I spoke about this again with a parent who used to be able to open them with no problem, but recently can't. I sent the same link to her phone, and she figured out that opening it through the wifi is the problem. I still don't understand why it just started being a problem recently. It also only seems to effect a few students. She sent me a message to send my other parents who have the same problem...我的学生家长告诉我，用自己家里的无限Wi-Fi打开作业链接，很难打开，但是用自己的手机流量打开很容易，你们可以尝试用自己的手机流量打开作业

I send them through the "task" but you could also do it in the chat box.
