They're not famous particularly in Korea because fans there are more concern as to what company you come from(SM,YG,JYP). If you're not from the big 3, you're basically trash. Even though they know themselves that the artists are not "that" good or just as good as the others. Apparently, it's now more of popularity rather than the quality and talent of the artists that is more important to korean fans. Oh My Girl is well-recognized globally I believe.
In Korea they have a few CF and are on lots of variety shows but the thing is, the charts are structured SO BADLY. The way the charts are structured only let the boy groups or groups with large fandoms to stay on the chart. This is the constant problem for Oh My Girl and Lovelyz because their songs are good and people know that but they can't find their songs because people only look at GFriend, Twice, Red Velvet, BlackPink and Mamamoo when they think of girl groups. However Oh My Girl's fandom is getting larger and They have strong albums sales in japan for releasing only korean songs so far (selling 3,000 isnt a lot but to sell it in japan specifically when it isnt in japanese is pretty impressive.) But Yeah hopefully they get a track produced by Jinyoung so it will be media played well and people will anticipate it.
I simply love this song. The energy that Oh My Girl gives off is tremendous and the big band feel that this song has is marked in my brain. They look like they are having so much fun in the MV as well. I am glad that they are back and I eagerly waited for them. They have been very busy the last 7 months trying to win more fans over and now is the time to show our love for them.Now that they are here let us not waste this chance. They have given us a wonderful song to fight with so let us use that. As Miracles let us finally get them that first win. They have worked hard and now is not the time to be divisive. Stream the video , vote, buy the album. We all have high expectations for them and in my eyes they have not been found wanting in that. I attribute this to the fact that I had expectations that weren't met and these past few weeks I have done crazy things in anticipation of their comeback. However, I know that my appreciation for this song will go up when I watch the live stages. It was the same with Windy Day and A-ing, which I grew to love later on. Closer is still very special, Liar Liar was so fun, and Cupid was damn catchy. However, I'm giving this song a chance, and just as you said, this is the anthem for their new battle. It just hurts when other Miracles label us as fake Miracles just because we didn't love it as much as they did. We still have the right to voice out what we liked and did not like about this comeback but we are still in full support of OMG no matter what.

Ok, i really don't get why people dislike this song I'm a person who REALLY REALLY dislike rookie. I also dislike wee woo. But i love Colouring Book. Why? Because Colouring Book has nothing in common with Rookie and Wee Woo. Seriously, they aren't similar AT ALL and i really don't see Red Velvet comeback with Colouring Book. It's catchy but not boring, cute but not weak, fun but not sickly. the video got my interest, it's fun it's bright. The lyrics are really happy, and the chorus sticks in my head, it really cheers me up. I love that the lyrics have a nice message and aren't random. I think this is their second best song, after liar liar.

I'm a person who REALLY REALLY dislike rookie. I also dislike wee woo. But i love Colouring Book. Why? Because Colouring Book has nothing in common with Rookie and Wee Woo. Seriously, they aren't similar AT ALL and i really don't see Red Velvet comeback with Colouring Book. It's a catchy and cheerful song, which can give them their first win because Korea likes cute and catchy songs, like Twice.
Yall always complaining, saying that you want a concept like Closer. I love Closer, but the fact is that in Korea, it was a flop. Windy Day was in the same type as Closer, and it didn't made them successful. I might sound rude, but international fans need to stop being selfish and care about what Korea actually like, and what can make their idols sucessfull. Because Korea don't care about International fans if the group isn't popular in Korea.
The fact is that Colouring Book is catchy and cute, and also stuck in your head. It lacks an iconic line like "rookie rookie" or "shy shy shy" but i doesn't matter. The song is good, and has everything to give them their first win. I agree that nobody has the same taste, and that's ok to don't like a song, but please AT LEAST, do constructive comments.

camille Closer and Windy day are known as good songs in korea though. The reason why they didnt blow up was because oh my girl wasnt popular and is still a rookie group . But closer is infamous for being a really good song, and i believe windy day did pretty good.

I don't Stan them and I don't like cutesy kpop songs.But something about this song is different. It's catchy but not boring, cute but not weak, fun but not sickly. the video got my interest, it's fun it's bright. The lyrics are really happy, and the chorus sticks in my head, it really cheers me up. I love that the lyrics have a nice message and aren't random. I think this is their second best song, after liar liar.

Just because the MV is colorful and fast paced doesn't mean it is similar to Red Velvet's concept at all. I feel that Oh My Girls have always had interesting MVs and their music have always been exceptional. Stop comparing and enjoy. No one is trying to copy anyone.

PARTS I LIKE:
-The beat is good
-the begining of both choruses are good
