One or two nights - I used this bag for a five week LeJog 😁 My little terrier dog Lil’ rode in a crate on the front of my Brompton so I had to be clever with packing. I strapped my tent to the top of the Nash. I was quite minimalist with stuff I took but Lil’ and I had everything we needed and a couple of luxuries and we had the time of our lives. Really enjoying your films btw 👍🏻🤗
oh that's good to know. I now have the cavernous BDR back rack bag. I seem to take more stuff every trip. I'm putting it down to it being winter. I hope in summer the luggage will be lighter!
They carry a larger version, called the Big Nash. It’s better suited for long tours. They also have a new bag you might want to check out, called the BDR touring bag.
Thanks for posting this, it's been very helpful and very nicely presented😊. I watched a few of your later videos and I didn't see any verdicts on whether you could successfully mount something on top of the Nash Bag. Did you try that out and if so would you recommend it. I'm torn between the Big Nash and Voyage B.D.R. Bag and would probably go for the Big Nash if a little extra luggage could be fitted on top.
Thank you! Oh yes I don’t think I posted a video on that. I tried to attach things on top of the Nash bag during my trip to Norfolk. It does work with the bungee cords that come with the Brompton back rack. I sold my Nash bag on eBay in the end, as I found it too small overall. I too felt torn between the big bash and the BDR. I went for the BDR in the end. I used it for the first time this week, on a trip to Loch Ness, which I will be posting soon. I worried it would be too big or not sit steady on the back rack. However, I like it so far. I packed quite a lot into it.
@@darinsadventurechronicles Thanks, that's really helpful. I got the Big Nash and it looks just about big enough but the BDR would have probably been better. I'll look out for your BDR review. We're planning to do some Brompton tours next year combining bike riding with trains. Thanks again, David
It has a capacity of 11L, a couple of litres more that an Ortlieb handlebar bag, what were you thinking? A Carradice saddlebag with quick release would get you 23L or 24L! I get tent plus sleeping system into one and still have the back rack free!
Yeah it is so sturdy. Actually I just used around Wales qutie a bit. The bag itself is qutie heavy. But at least I don't have to worry about it falling off!

Thank you, will definitely be checking that out soon

I found this one too small so got the Big Nash.
I may have to invest in that after I save up a bit more!

I might need to look into the carradice bag. No idea what I was thinking... I was still new to backpacking then lol
A 35 or 55-liter Waterproof Dry Bag Backpack resting on the back rack and the shoulder straps fixed to a 12-inch pole strapped to your saddle. 👍
That is a good option. I did think I should try that but for some reason I didn’t! Will def try next time
I have that bag and it’s great but is limited on size and the clip on base is extremely sturdy but it is heavy

Cuánto cuesta esa bicicleta?
The bike starts at around £1300 I think new.
