So glad I discovered this one-in-a-million artist, even if it was after his passing. I continue to take great joy in the work he left behind though there is always a tiny bit of sorrow in the background as I take in a performance. I think a part of it is the knowledge that there will be no new music or dance to look forward to him. What he has done is what is done and that is it. And it is enough. Soar with the angels, Jonghyun!
When you said "what he has done is what is done and that is it" I connected it to how I got my ears pierced (second piercings) the same day he left us but I didn't know him back then and the date is such a big coincidence. A few months later I came to know about what happened and when I saw the date I just started crying because it's like, the hole I made in my ears represents the event and I know both events have nothing to do with eachother but for me there's the connection. Because my ear piercing is done, the hole is there, and he left, the hole is there, you know?
He just was So Talented to me . A Beautiful and Cutie Pie to Me . I also thought ! Our idol known as Bling bling ! Was the Leader of the KPOP . Group ! Shinee . The Crazy ass part of it All . I use to listen to this Powerhouse Voice all the time . I didn’t know who it was at one time . WOW . I❤️❤️😊You forever Kim Jonghyun.

Agreed! I too only discovered him after his passing and while there will of course always be this tinge of sadness and indescribable emptiness when we watch his performances, I still want to enjoy them to the best of my ability and remember Jonghyun as the precious individual he is. He's truly a once-in-a-lifetime artist, it'll be such a pity to miss out on him💙

Jonghyun grew up into a man and i just can't... his voice is so stable, way better than most of the singers in the world. yes the world. He never sings false, maybe at their debut but that would be excused since it was the start, now they'r in the middle, or no, lets say still at the start and he can still learn enough throughout his life, but dang... he's so amazing, and i hope he knows. When i didn't know shinee that good yet, and only saw a few episode from Hello Baby i really thought bad about jonghyun because of his behavior there but i guess that just makes him Jonghyun and i wouldn't wish for him to change because of what i think of his flaws. Flaws make people beautiful and different and just the fact that Jonghyun is actually a real crybaby and caring person, but also strong and kindhearted just makes me love him more
+Leepingu Jonghyun used to have problems focusing, and it caused him to miss some notes here and there. That was when SHINee was first starting out. Nowadays, though, I never hear him hit a bad note, unless he's obviously exhausted.
The only Shinee singer who's more consistent about his pitch is Key (I can count on my hand how many times he's been out of tune), but Key doesn't have Jonghyun's range or power.
So there's that.

just curious. what behaviour in hello baby are you referring to? he was acting a little like an adorable spoilt brat in the beginning but towards the end he showed his true colours - caring, lovable, fun, naughty etc. just an ordinary nice guy with some forgivable flaws.. in my opinion. if I can describe him in two words. he's street smart. he knows how to carry himself in different situations well.

I appreciate the fact that he's being himself as much as he can in the public eye. Not easy to be an idol in SK. I keep saying he's an Asian Prince. I can see so many similarities between them, even Jonghyun's look reminds me sometimes of Prince's stylizations. They both can operate with their voices so easily from the lowest sounds to the highest. I could say that sometimes even their movements are similar. They are both amazing artists.
