I'm feeling better. I've been watching funny videos of him with our boys. I want to remember him as the idol who was different from others. He didn't fully go through the cookie cutter mold of Korean idols. I love him for that. I want to remember him as the man who dedicated his life to music. The man who brought me tears with his voice. The man whose smile lifted me up. I don't want to be sad anymore. I want to think of Jonghyun and be happy.

When I knew Jjong was the lyricist of Juliette back then in 2009, I was suprised b'coz as long as I know, SM hardly gave permission for their idols in participating for their musics.. but 1 year after his debut, Jjong kinda broke that rule.. he even had albums which most of the songs written, composed, and arranged by him.. he really was the first multi-talented, young idol from SM.. and since then SM started to let their artists to sing their own songs..
It's OK to be sad sometimes, happy others. That's probably how it will be for a long time. Grief and mourning are a long process that isn't just over one day.

If you only see a good looking man then you over looked the pure raw talent of Jonghyun. He can do things with his voice that can open emotions you never knew exist. His stage presence is mesmerizing. The way he looks out his eyes will pierce your soul... what a man...what a performer he is.
His looks are a bonus. His voice & just his quality as a total performer is what makes Jonghyun special. There could be idols with better voices, better looks or better dancing. But none of them have that “charisma” that Jonghyun has on stage. That’s why he’s an artist, not an idol. Also knowing he wrote or composed most of the songs he is signing just gives him that extra credibility and edge over others.
Our brilliant and dear "Jonhyun" absolutelly left us a void in the k-pop. Miss him so much!
Seriously, his vocals are outta this world! I love that rockstar vibes he has and the way he acts on the stage, not forgetting his stunning visual he IS so handsome, charming and full of artistry. Yeah, he has Artistic Groove

I want to go back to the time when Jonghyun was making music he was the first idol I saw perform with any passion/gusto I know pop isn't exactly a belt it out sort of genre but Jonghyun always gave 100% So did the rest of SHINee why they will always be the princes of K-pop in my eyes. Hope he is flying high and Iron too, easy to judge him but he had dreams of making it as a rapper too at a time when rap wasn't a thing in SK before he turned down that path.
RIP Jonghyun oppa 😭 We will miss you so much.

The design of the choreography and the way Jonghyun performs it is always to compliment and enhance the song, not over-power it. He sings and dances, while most Kpoppers dance and sing, if you get my drift. But best of all is when he executes a song sans choreography and lets his natural stage presence and charisma take over, as here in "Crazy."
Every time I see Jonghyun and hear him sing he takes my breath away I love him so much still hurts that he's gone 😭 but at least with his music I can still hold on to him also 55 people need to step on a lego these two songs are fantastic 🙂💜💚💙
