I did have to loosen the screws for the side panels to go in easier. I didn’t see that in the video although I might of missed it. Just a heads up to anyone. Do you happen to know the size of the screws that come with it? My movers lost the screws when taking it apart and I have no clue what to get!
Did you find out? We called customer service and they said hey do not sell replacement screws unless your bed is less than 5 years old...And they do not know the size of their own bed screws...

01:47, that whole frame wasn't straight to me at all. When opened, the leg in the center doesn't touch the floor, while the ones on the side touch the floor. Is it defective?

04:26, one of those two damn screws is so tight, it's impossible to remove. The other one was easy. SO, i don't know how to proceed coz without loosening it, it won't go in the slot.

If I don’t have the tool what size Allen wrench can I use to put this together?
The wrench comes with the bed. All you need is the mattress and your linen. :) I suggest taking a picture before you take everything out and putting all the packing material, extra hardware pieces and instructions back in case you move or sell it.

Man how did you remove the cap of the G piece so easily. That's my main struggle rn lol.
Edit: I cut a slice into it with a knife, and then it was pretty easy.
To remove the plastic caps from the legs (G) you unscrew them if someone has same issue 🎉👍
