    I m here for the second time. In my first pregnancy i followed your all moves month by month and its amazing to know that it's so relaxing and healthy. My baby girl turned out more active.Although i was bit scared of these hard exercises but once u r used to it u enjoy n become more healthy.
    Im starting today 💝

      @@oliveranedelkovska8154 Almost daily in first pregnancy. And twice a week in second pregnancy. Because my 3 year old daughter is so naughty and she doesn't want me to do exercises alone😋.

    First trimester is most delicate and important phase of pregnanacy, plz ask ur physiologist and dctr. Before any workout.

    in my 2nd pregnancy i didnt know that im pregnant.. i have a active lifestyle, jumoingjack,pushup,jogging..etc... but my baby turns out very healthy. meanwhile in my first pregnancy.. im not even moving... i want my baby to be healthy. but it cause miscarage. maybe..
    we need a little workout because its good at the heart development of the baby. :)

      I think ur right, coz that was I've been tru I have active lifestyle to my first baby coz I didn't know that I'm pregnant so when I have my 2nd.. I'm so very careful, I don't do any exercise except a little bit walking but sadly I had miscarriage in the first tri,

    Wow nice, during my first pregnancy I didn't do anything and I suffered a lot I got gestational diabetes I was not overweight but still had lots of pain back pain and all that so this time definitely going to work out.

    I love this workout. I also worked out before pregnancy and now i'm in week 22+1. You can work out at every stage in your pregnancy, just don't overdo it in the first trimester because the risk of having a miscarriage is bigger the first 3 months. But it never kept me from doing my exercises - so just go for it but listen to your body. And this is actually really good at getting you heartrate up here in the second trimester, so I'll def. keep doing this! I just put it on repeat and do it 3-4 times in a row and drink plenty of water during :)

    I'm resting and relaxing for the first trimester. If I do anything it'll be walking nothing more nothing less. First trimester is a high risk and no woman wants to over work her body or be too active. To each it's own but I'm not doing it. Too risky

    I do exercises before being pregnant, once I am pregnant I keep doing them gently and I cut down heavy weights to avoid miscarriage which happened when you are tooooo exhausted! and going beyond your body limit, each woman should knows her body limits.. but should be active and healthy

    Finally found what I was looking for! :-) The Desi way is much safer and more secure than the ' Hard core' Western 'pregnancy workouts'. I don't need to become an olympic sportswoman or body builder during this delicate time in the first month. I also love her advice and explanation on exercise during pregnancy/nature.

      @ Laila: I'm in my 33rd week now and unfortunately I haven't found the time to exercise recently but I followed these exercises (along with other ones by Denise Austin for example) until my 7th month I think. I've been active afterwards though; I'm hoping to resume some exercises when I'll go on maternity leave next week :-) Everything is going well so far, thanks! What about you?

    Non of these exercises seem to me so stressful that it would cause miscarriage, so any women who is not in the "risky zone" can obviously go for it.But if age is above 30 and has personal or family history of miscarriage, than they must avoid! And most of the 1st trimester miscarriage occurs due to genetic abnormalities, i have seen so many female day labourers who do even more stressful works,but still they give birth to a healthy baby...Yes everyone has their Own choice, but mild to moderate exercise is healthy and it also reduce the chance of gestational diabetes and some other complications where excess weight may be a cause.I would like to try these but in a bit slow speed so that it doesn’t contract uterus that much to harm the baby🙂!

    A lot of people in the comment are being too negative. If you can’t do the workout, then don’t it. Make sure to confirm from your doctor before engaging in any form of exercise. There is no need to discourage others, some can while some cannot period... Great workout by the way

    Ok i was doing Holly Dolke pregnancy exercises, Bodyfit by Amy pregnancy exercises.. Then this video came to my recommendations.. To my surprise people are actually telling this women not to exercise because they will causr miscarriage . What?!! Her exercises are very moderate and low impact . you should have seen what holly dolke did in her first trimester.
    Miscarriages happen due to chromosomal abnormalities for most of the cases. Your food or exercise has nothing to do with your miscarriage

      Don't do any exercise in an empty stomach, if you are doing it ur whole energy u vil be using for the excs, u vil put a lot of stress in your body,you vil feel exhausted after this, so never do u can have light breakfast and do it,

      Dont. I tried zumba then which caused me subchrionic hemmorraghe..I think if body needs resting, do it. After it subsides,I tried this one..but on minimal only for first trimester.

      It's recommended to exercise 20-30 min. on most days on a moderate intensity. so repeat this for at least 3 times 😁

    Seriously! This is too fast. Doctor ask to walk slow and if we do this... I do t know what will happen 🙄

      I did this in my first trimester. I am fine . Walk slow doesnt mean you have to walk like a tortoise. I means you shouldn’t jump and jolt that will make you fall.. I did fast feet in my first trimester..
      Every pregnancy is different...people who have low fitness level mighy find it difficult..

      @@mouniscreativeworld5164 even i had miscarriage in 5th week last year September. I had very bad left side stomach pain , nausea , lower back pain .. this left side stomach pain i had before I missed my period. It was unbearable pain n unfortunately got bleeding n had miscarriage.
      Then everymonth i used to had left side stomach pain before ,periods , during periods n after periods. I was worried , This continued for 4 months ,then I started doing simple yoga asanas from last month. Within 15 days my left side stomach pain disappeared n now i got pregnancy positive (which i tested at home) waiting for some more days for the confirmation .

      Kwinie Joy exercise is very imp in pregnancy!! Symptoms shouldn't be an excuse

    Ur so. Beautiful,,,..vry nicely u explain...but am already working women,,..when I started excercise I suffered breathing difficulty..& coughing tooo..thn I stopped it..

    As a musician I could only follow an exercise regime that is at least in time with steady beat the music or it would be torture! 🙈
