I just got done with a training session, it wasn’t my best one, I got super frustrated about all the mistakes I was making, I just came inside and stumbled upon this video, and you don’t know how much this helped me, and helped me rediscover my love for soccer, I just want to say thank you and that this really helped me, keep posting this content!
i had a practice session today, i think i did pretty well, made some good first touches and maintained the ball well, brought it up the field and things like that, i missed some open shots and i dwell on them and feel like im not good enough, but this helped, thanks.

Ok so, I don't really LOVE my "sport". Actually, I even dislike it. Why do I still play it tho? Well, I actually switched my "sport" with my studies, since I will only achieve something in life by my effort on the studies, and that's where my problem lies - my EFFORT on studies. I'm someone "weak-minded", never had this elite mentality that I'm trying to build rn with Christo's videos. Although I've been trying a lot recently, I still catch myself fleeing from the studies because of the stress it gives me. I feel I'm not disciplined and always seem to be careless about things... I've been trying, really, but it's hard to swallow these things and go on with this
Stress isn’t a bad thing. If something isn’t stressful at times you don’t grow from it. You obviously want to be stronger, it won’t happen overnight but it will happen.
