As an asthmatic, you've not mentioned perfumes, anything aerosolized or fumey including cleaning products, and laundry products. These are things most people are exposed to frequently. Cigarette smoke, and pool chlorine.
Most doctors fail to remember the possibility of patient suffering from Aspergillous & ensuing bronchiectasis. Hot, humid air, dirty AC units, plumped -up mold can be contributory factors along with overuse of prednisone. This is rare, but does occur & is often missed. It can cause prolonged misery & irreversible airway damage. Also, usually a question or two on the Boards.
Great video! If you make an update to this video, can you include research about the impact of diet, such as salt and antioxidant-rich foods? Thank you!
My asthma was fixed ~90% by Montelukast Sodium, a leukotriene receptor antagonist. Later in life I learned about the cox-2 inhibitors and NSAIDs... and then about leukotrienes. So the question... why don't we reduce the leukotrienes naturally by reduction of omega-6 fats in the diet?
As always the presentations are very helpful. Do have a question and really hope someone might provide a bit of knowledge. My doctors don't want me on Albuterol - as I have been using it for 30+ years. My dosage rate never increased, but I was using it morning and night - so I know it is emergency inhaler. I have been prescribed Symbicort, and actually showed them a section of this video. Now, that I have more understanding about reading clinical trials - and read the insert. Noted that there were 13 deaths while using the med vs. 0 deaths with placebo. Running the math out - would be 1 per 1,000 people. Couldn't find any clinical study for Albuterol or generics where there were any deaths at all. My concern warranted?
8:25 (Sounds like me except for the polyps...maybe I have some?) I'm 52 and I just figured out within the last few years that NSAIDs create a number of sneaky, underlying issues for me. Basic blood work never showed any abnormalities. I finally requested a Vitamin D test. I was very low. D2/D3 script solved that. I introduced Zinc as well and that is when I began to feel much better in a number of ways. Still have some GERD issues but not as much. Still have ADHD symptoms but not bad, treated with low-dose meds. I used to be highly depressed for no apparent reason. Lots of body pain and aches didn't help. Pretty sure that I have a salicylate sensitivity with foods as well. Not sure if being Rh negative (O neg) plays into it a little. I've never felt better! ...but I do want to tweak my blurry eyes/presbyopia if possible. I used to have 20/15 vision until 3-4 years ago. Feel free to ask questions! I know I'm an oddity :) Your videos are exceptional!
Like in the ancient tooth-worm legend lasting millenia that tooth caries was due to a worm the present asthma theory about treating asthma with medication is wrong and we have the asthma-paradox that more medication causes more asthma. In other cultures mudras such as pressing a finger against the thumb (chin mudra) are used to treat asthma by relaxing our lung airways. Christian prayer with interlaced fingers is the ambuja mudra.
That is some brutal stuff! I had a great foam job in my attic but the fumes would keep me from installing it (asthma symptoms) I know it's a money maker but consider a new line of work or get super protective gear. Maybe with a microphone and speaker to talk? Have your copper/zinc levels checked to make sure your liver can keep up with the toxins that slip through. I just figured out that I had an imbalance (copper toxic)

OMG!!! Why can't everyone explain things this simply???!!!
Very nice!!! You're a very good teacher.
Thank you for the wonderful feedback!

What’s the cause of asthma if you’re born with it?
Like in the ancient tooth-worm legend lasting millenia that tooth caries was due to a worm the present asthma theory about treating asthma with medication is wrong and we have the asthma-paradox that more medication causes more asthma.

No one has an understanding of asthma otherwise we wouldn't have a global escalating epidemic since several decades.
spray foam installer , would have asthma delayed 2 hours after to poisoning
isocyaniates
