Also...I have heard a lot of people are burning up the voice coul in the Hertz subs. I 5hunk it may be heat being trapped between the dual spiders but that is just a guess. Great video!
Tthe DD SL612 Looks like the sub for me. I am looking for low bass extension from a slimline sub. Plan on running a clean 500 watts rms. Bot looking to compete in SPL or SQ competitions. Just enough low bass to be a solid foundation for the oem system in my 2025 Camry SXE. Thanks By the way...I am looking to make the install essentially invisible in the trunk so as to use up as little space as possible. Would the DD be best subwoofer for what I am wanting to accomplish? Thanks again.
I almost went with the Hertz myself, however, knowing myself, I had to get dual voice coils-so I went with the SL 610’s from DD Audio, cause I know I’m gonna go through at least two different amplifier till I get those just the way I want them🤔

I used to run kickers slimline 12"s in a Ford lightning truck and they sounded amazing.
