Face wash and moisturizer should only be for cleansing and adding moisture to your face for white heads you can try some exfoliating serums like with AHA (glycolic acid, lactic acid etc). Start using them for twice a week first.

Both are great products but as cream face washes like cetaphil dont have any foam in them so I like simple one more. So if you like a little bit foam then go for simple one otherwise cetaphil one is also great choose accordingly.

Toner is not necessary to use but if you really wanna use it then you can totally use simple toner with your cetaphil products.
