It is fragrance free product and it really don’t have any kind of fragrance. Plus yes it’s very mild and non foamy.

I haven’t tried excela moisturizer to be true. But it’s great for oily acne prone skin as mentioned by the brand. And if your skin is sometimes oily sometimes dry than you might have a combination skin type.
