    That's some of the prettiest stone/marble I've seen in these types of videos! I'd spend all my time at the tippy top! Such great mountain views.
    I do have to say, I'll never get, "Live in a historic area in a brand new house"! Just seems odd to me. But if you must, this is the way to go!

      The views are pretty great. The stone they used is pretty unique. I see a lot of multi-million dollar new homes the the trend these days is to use synthetic stone

      @@livinginwestla Is it really? When paying that much? Although I hear synthetic might be better for durability in kitchen countertops. But I'd want the rest real, if I could afford a place like this! 😁

    Would birds fly into those outside glass barriers/guards.. Many places seem to have them nowadays.

      The trend is to have unobstructed sighlines and views from the home which is why builders use glass wherever they can.
