I picked up on it immediately as well. Love this show! It's beginning to show a lot of references. First "Trains, Planes and Automobile" now "Les Miserables"

Les Misérables has officially been melded with Green Eggs & Ham on the same artistic level by an officially licensed work. I never thought i'd live to see this day, but yet i'm so happy and proud to be able to say that I have.

With the cheese maker saying, "J'acusse", it is a reference to a 1904 poem of the same name, written by author Emilé Zola in 1902-1904, and the poem berated the police and government for wrongly accused Sir Alfred Dreyfus of international espionage, when in reality, he was more an unwitting scapegoat for Major Esterhazy, who was the real spy. While Dreyfus was released from prison and exonerated of all charged thanks to the poem, Esterhazy was never convicted.
