Actually, he didn't... The blur is like that in game. Maybe he edited a little but but honestly, It looks really close to that in game if you enable the blur option.
Leng Bleu You can adjust the intensity and position of the depth of field effect in the editor. The rainy shots, for example, where only the ground is in focus: that was hand-placed. Makes some scenes, especially at night, look near-photorealistic.

Red Dead 3 can`t come soon enough...If someone can manage to make the real jump of generations it`s Rockstar, like they did back then with GTA 4. Also, do you plan on making one for the witcher 3? even tough that video could go on for hours if you wanna show more thant 1% of the vistas :D
