    Hari Om Yogishri 🙏🙏🙏
Thank you Swamiji for this week’s wonderful discourse. Pranams Guruji 🙏🙏
We should always work for mutual benefits, thinking of win-win all the time. We need to move from doing good, better and the best for us as well as for others as a continuous improvement in the positive direction.
We should keep growing both in our worldly and spiritual pursuit and stop not until we reach the ultimate infinite state, which also means never stop growing even after reaching the highest state as the INFINITE is endless all pervading. We should keep on improving on our life’s experience, happiness and blessings continuously.
We will never get tired when we are enjoying and happy. The highest experience is always a blessings from the highest. We should put in all efforts to reach the highest state and dissolve our ego completely and then to reach the INFINITE state from there is always the divine blessings.
We should put in sincere efforts and do our regular Sadhana diligently and even when we achieve something small, as a practice always take that as a divine blessings. Complete surrender to the highest is more powerful.
We are the combination of material equipment and divinity, When we develop the capacity to detach ourselves from the material equipment, through our sincere efforts and intense regular Sadhana combined with the Grace of GOD, blessings from our Guru and all the holy masters, we can detach ourselves from the material equipment and experience the INFINITE.
When we do our regular Sadhana, we will keep moving toward establishing ourselves with our divine nature and ultimately establish with our divine nature within.
Thanks again for the deep and amazing meditation session installing subtler Sadhana aspects into our sub-conscious minds 🙏🙏🙏

    Hari Om Yogishri,
Thank you so much for todays discourse and meditation.
The main point in todays discourse was whatever you achieve we should question "so what...". No matter what we achieve in life, we must always strive to move forward and improve. The infinite is the limit. This is the way to beat the ego that comes when we achieve something.
Lord shiva who is the manifestation of the infinite was also in meditation always in order to develop and improve.
Thank you so much Yogishri to give this very important principle. I will always strive to move ahead and improve and let go of that ego.

    Hari Om
It is really a blessing to humanity, especially seekers that materials like Yoga Sankeerthan are made available as a support in the path, to pacify the turbulent minds.
As Yogisri points out, unlike olden times (when the seekers have to go to Guru in an exclusive search and live with him with absolute austerity) where communication happen in silence, in modern times we can sit in air conditioned rooms and listen to Guru.
In spite of everything, it is also true that lack of austerity and exclusivity in pursuit appears to be the biggest impediment to progress.
Having got used to so many external comforts, even the slightest change in climate we cannot put up with. (When we will reach the stage of Swami Ram tirtha where he says, “body’s fever and illness are not deterrent factor for spiritual pursuit”
    Pranams

    Hari OM Yogishri. 🙏
Thank you again for the Divine words.
Choosing what's good, then better and the best - powerful words.
Hapiness, excellence & blessings - shreyaha - the pathway to reach to Avapsyatha. This can give us everything in life
We may acquire anything in this world.. but the moment 'I' pops up, then it's the warning mark..
Earlier I use to feel good when I share with my friends about me getting into the spiritual path. ..
But now I understand that meaning of 'So what' .. this mantra keeps me extremely grounded.
Until we reach and achieve the highest in life we need to be a consistent learner and sadak and keep on moving forward - till we attain the state of Avapsyatha
    Thank you again Yogishri🙏.

    Humble Pranams, Yogishri🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Many thanks for today’s very powerful session followed by meditation.
Deterioration of mind is happening due to Kali Yuga. Meditation which was the natural state of mind in the previous yugas is now a great challenge .So there is plenty of distraction while following what the Guru says.
But instead of falling to the trap of my mind, I should think that I have a choice in everything that I do. I have the choice to do anything and not to do anything. Everyday sadhana helps me in healing whatever problems i am facing which stands as a block in my evolution of becoming a yogi.
Shreyaha is doing good , better and best. Start with doing good, then go on doing better till I do the best. Sreyaha also means more. Adding more happiness, more excellence, more blessings. The more I learn the infinite wisdom, the more to learn. Only when I stop learning, I become tired. Avaapsyatha - combination of matter and spirit. Antaryami - God is not outside, I have to find him inside me.
Thanks Yogishri, my mind is going helter, skelter these days. But since I am realising my state of mind as an observer, I am able to withdraw from giving reactions most of the time and trying to respond. But in this struggle sometimes I give up and start reacting. My flaws are appearing quite clearly to me. Sometimes I am able to forgive myself and sometimes not. This is a great challenge for me but surely I can see progress myself. Once you said that when one is miserable , they should lock himself/herself in a room so not to spread the misery to others. That is what I am doing at times these days.
Thanks for pouring in wisdom over wisdom everyday.
Looking forward to the 22 day empowerment program where I will convert all my negativities into positivity by your grace.
Ananta koti pranams to you , Yogishri 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

The quality of surrender is when we are willing to learn, be receptive. That’s when more can be given to us.
The quality of excellence, the quality of knowing that there is a higher happiness keeps us grounded, we know this is to be enjoyed and not feel egoistic about. When we become egoistic, our effort stops.
Thank you Yogishri for all the healing, messages, help 🙏🏻

Also Yogishri, wanted to let you know, like you said there's no excuse for people especially in India who need to start listening to the Bhagavad Gita discourse : earlier in the years of 2016,17 in the same company I am presently working, every Sunday was always a working day. Once I started coming regularly to the Bhagavad Gita discourses, some strange thing that all the Sunday work was either handled by someone else or my projects kept changing where especially Sunday morning time was always available (barring one or two occasions) to attend the session. Especially in IT this is quite difficult to get such projects for so many continuous years. I am also able to continuously do Sadhana on a regular basis, after getting married, having a kid and so happy that they are also in tune with this frequency now. Only understand this is possible through the higher healing shakthi and the grace of the infinite. Thanks much!

Hari AUM. Thank you Sri Yogishri for the session and further explaining sreyah.
The capacity to do sadana is decreased in kali yuga. In order to compensate, sadana materials are given which generates higher energy and remove factors that distract the mind over long haul unlike in the past. Upanishadic mantra-s are expansive.
Samsara disconnects the mind from sadana.
Yoga Sakkirtana is a support system to uplift the students spiritually.
Verse 11 is continued. “May you nourish the Gods and may the Gods nourish you”.
Good qualities are developed with cooperation or mutual benefit (parasparam).
If one is not a team player, then it leads to a fall.
Sreyah to Param Sreyah is the goal i.e., good, better, and the best which is a continuous development. Sreyah means more excellent, more happy, and more blessed.
Adding more indicates more scope for growth.
One must consider life as a blessing and more blessing improves already existing blessings and prevents stagnation.
One must not stop growing in worldly as well as in spiritual life and thus becomes an eternal sadak. Infinite means that there is no end.
The moment we put an end to growth then it becomes finite.
At every stage one becomes more happy and blessed. It is an endless gradation and one never gets bored or tired.
Ramatirta says when a body is subject to fever or disease, that fever or disease must not reduce the passion for spiritual growth.
Sreyah will not boost one’s ego and forms a protective barrier to sadaka.
Sreyah attunes one to the Infinite.
Avāpsyatha is the highest state of spiritual experience beyond which one needs the grace of the Infinite. The highest grace is given which is achieved through the dissolution of ego.
Guru sakti helps those who are in the mode of surrender.
The mind must be pegged to the Infinite.
Avap means quotient (divinity) obtained from division.
One is a combination of matter (body, prana, thoughts) and spirit (God).
Jivatma is a combination of both.
    Beyond matter is the Infinite.
The divine principle is hidden by the matter.

Hari Om Yogishri. Thank you so much for today's session 🙏🙏
    ---------------
Shreyah means happiness, excellence and blessing. Our approach has to be to add More to it. More Happiness, More excellence and More blessing to Indicate that in this spiritual journey we should never stop our efforts..
    Avapsyathay means that
Any action that we do, we need to see the divinity present in it. This will instantly make us humble. We are a mix of world and the divinity. With sadhana if we divide the world without ourselves, what remains is divinity. We need to constantly identify with this divinity as we function in the world

    HariOm Yogishri
Thank you for a deep session.
    Today's points
    1. A sadhak should keep working on betterment of efforts.
    2. श्रेय means more of excellence, happiness and blessings. Sadhak should strive for श्रेय.
    3. We should be very clear...
What I choose to do and
What i choose not to do .. there is nothing like I can't do.
    4. When we stop learning, things become boring.
    5. जीवात्मा = wordly aspect + परमात्मा. Today God is with in you. Through the effort is sadhna with can connect to Godly aspect deep with us ( अन्तर्यामी). Without sadhna you are attached to worldly aspect , with more and more sadhna you move from wordly to Godly aspect. A yogi is fully established jn Godly aspect.
Thank you sir to pouring us with Guru grace and also guiding us on how to grasp this knowledge.
    Ashish

    Hari Om GuruDev!
We are not getting enough words to express out gratitude to you for the divine launch of Shri Hanumath Dhyana. Thank you so very much GuruDev.
Infinitely grateful to you for today's amazing session. The nididyasana sadhana was very deep. Thank you so so so very much GuruDev.
    Inputs from today's session:-
    Recap of Verse 11:
    DEVAH - Gods:
    i) Cosmic aspect - Being in sync with the laws of nature.
ii) External aspect - Setting goals.
iii) Internal aspect - Developing good habits.
    PARASPARAM - Exchange of energies:
We are dependent for so many things by the exchange of something. Everything in this world is like a team play where we are a part of a team and exchange energies with others first and then receive from them. If we are not a team player, we cannot perform anything in this world standing alone.
    SHREYAH - Goodness:
If we are good in something we have to put constant efforts to move from good to better and better to best and so on. We should not stop bettering ourselves at any stage.
Shreyah also means more excellence, more happiness and more blessings where the emphasis is on the 'more'. More excellence means we have keep on excelling ourselves no matter how well versed we are in something. The key point here is we have to do it with at most humility. More happiness means we have to excel our happiness i.e., being independent from everything to be happy. We have to keep on learning where learning gives us so much of happiness. More blessings means we will receive more blessings from the higher.
    AVAPSYATHA - Receiving:
If we keep on bettering ourselves we will receive more from the higher. When we receive blessings from the higher it should be with so much humility.
Avapsyatha also means the number (quotient) we get when we divide a number (dividend) with another number (divisor). We are like the dividend where we are a combination of divisor (worldly things) and quotient (spiritual things). We have to divide ourselves from the worldly things with spiritual efforts and sadhana.
Infinite thanks to you GuruDev for everything.
    Deepest Gratitude and Humble Pranaams.
    Hari Om GuruDev.

Dearest Master Hari Om 🙏✨ thank you for today's session
Always say I choose not to instead of I'm not able to. Take back the choice of free will, and mind won't be able to continue in path of negativity and ultimately choose higher.
Be a team player and think of mutual benefit, ego is what sees separation.
Mind has weakness for stagnation. When stop learning life becomes boring, when start to be unhappy life gets tiring. Always keep looking for betterment
Surrender and receptive mindset let's guru shakti flow and guide
Divide the jivatma with tapas and identify with the quotient of Paramatma
Don't postpone choose the Infinite now
    Thank you Yogishri

    Hari Om,
Shreyah means happiness, excellence and blessing. Every action we do, we must ensure that it abides to the principles of Shreyah. Only then can we achieve param Shreyah.
    Sadhana of Avapsyatha:
    1. Obtaining - Whatever we obtain, let it be worldly or spiritual, we must always associate divinity with it. Never must we let the ego settle in
    2. Separation - The human body is a combination of the divinity and matterly elements. If we divide (remove) matter from our human bodies, the quotient that remains is divinity. We must always revel in that divinity, that's what a yogi does.
Thank you Yogishri for this powerful session.

    Hari Om Yogishri !
Thank you so much for an amazing and inspiring session!
Key points from today’s session that I could grasp!
In the good old days, very little help was rendered to spiritual seekers by Masters, it was just a sound or mantra like Om that was taught with which the sadhaks had to do continuous sadhana and evolve spiritually. But as generations passed by, the capacity of the mind to do sadhana deteriorated, therefore more help was rendered and the Upanishads were taught to sadhaks which meant providing more content than mere mantras. With further passage of time and the advent of KaliYuga, the mind’s capacity to concentrate, to penetrate and do sadhana has considerably reduced and therefore more help has to be given to sadhaks to get connected to the Guru Shakthi and therefore materials like the Yoga Sankirtan have been introduced. By doing sadhana with the Yoga Sankirtan, the energy generated by the material will work on one’s personality which will help in purifying and evolving spiritually. Thus it is upto each one of us to make a decision on doing the Yoga Sankirtan sadhana on a consistent basis or not, this can be done by stating that I choose to do the sadhana or I choose not to do the sadhana. Using the word “choose” reminds us of the precious choice that human beings are bestowed with, to either evolve or devolve.
This word Shreya in verse 11denotes that we have a choice in choosing Preyaha or Shreyaha in our lives. Shreyaha alone can lead us to the highest good- which is God realization.
The verse in its entirety states that “By this, may you nourish the Gods and may the Gods nourish you, and by nourishing each other may you obtain the Highest Good”. Devaha - denotes the Gods- nourishing the Gods in the cosmos- meaning that we live in harmony with Nature, without disturbing it, Gods in the external sense refers to the goals that we set and achieve, which gives us a sense of purpose and direction in our lives, while nourishing the Gods in the inner world, refers to developing more and more good qualities.
Shreyaha - means good, better and best. It also means more excellent, more happy and more blessed. The principle behind Shreyaha is, aiming for continuous improvement in the positive direction. As you follow the principle of Shreyaha, your achievements will be excellent but there is always room for more excellence, you will experience happiness but there is room for more happiness, you will receive the Divine blessings and there is always room to receive more blessings. Thus the emphasis is on “more” i.e, the process of Shreyaha is continuous. It focuses on the aspect of “Better” whatever it is that we do, we need to constantly strive to do it better and better, to experience more and more excellence, happiness and blessings in our lives. This is the very nature of the Infinite. Shiva and Vishnu who are the direct manifestations of the Infinite are always in a state of meditation, which teaches us this very principle of Shreya, of striving for higher and higher experience as the Infinite has no end. It is important that we understand this nature of the Infinite which is endless as we could get stuck with whatever little achievement, happiness or blessing that we receive. The mind has a natural tendency to stagnate and refrain from striving, which is known as Samskar. The mind will do everything possible to pull us away from connecting to the Divine, and remain caught up in the worldly life, therefore we need to understand and adopt this principle of Shreyaha in every aspect of our lives, to evolve spiritually. As we move from good, to better, it should naturally lead us to the best, which is the Highest Good, meaning the state of a Stitha Pragnya or being enlightened.
“Avapsyatha” means “You shall obtain”. This indicates that as you continuously put in your efforts in the path of Shreya, there will come a state when you receive the Highest Divine Grace and attain enlightenment. In other words, up to the stage before enlightenment, you need to apply your efforts continuously, thereafter, it is only through the Divine Grace that you can experience the state of God Realization. This means that the Highest state can only be obtained when there is no Ego. To “obtain” you need to “surrender”.
The word Avap has a mathematical connotation, it means quotient. A quotient is obtained by dividing the dividend with a divisor. A dividend is therefore a combination of the divisor and quotient. Similarly, we, as individuals are a combination of matter and spirit. The material that we are made up of, is the body, the pranas, the mind and emotions and the spirit is the infinite divine god principle that is residing in each of us. This combination of the matter and spirit is referred to as the Jeevathma. Inorder to separate the Divinity in us from our material personality, the divisor that we need to use, is that of Sadhana. Only through consistent practice of effective Sadhana can we separate and bring to fore the Divinity that is hidden within us and be established in our Divine nature. This is the difference between a Yogi and an ordinary person. A yogi has separated his divine self from the material self and is pegged on to the divine self - the quotient and functions from that level, whereas an ordinary person functions at the level of the dividend.
Thank you so much Yogishri, for this wonderful session and blissful meditation. Thank you so much for inspiring us more and more just like the very principle Shreyaha that you have disclosed.

    Hari Om Yogishri,
    Points to ponder:
    1. Shreyas means good, better, best. It also means more. More happiness, more excellence, more blessings.
    2. Avapsyati - when we practice the principles of yagnya we receive param shreyas.
Sadhana - when we surrender totally when the "I - the ego" in us disappears we receive param shreyas. Always practice the principle of surrender, after attaining our goal or the highest.
Whatever we attain, let us be aware that there is something more than that to attain. This practice will help us keep our ego in check and prevent stagnation.
    Thanks a lot Yogishri.

  • @deepakm820
    @deepakm820 21 วันที่ผ่านมา

Dear Yogishri, thanks for a inspiring discourse again! Here are a few points:
The deeper meaning behind shreyaha implying all three: good, better and best, is the principle of continuous improvement. One should never stagnate, whether in material or spiritual life.
We usually find it very convenient to stagnate in different walks of life. Even if you achieve something big in a particular area, always seek "more", e.g., more happiness, more success, more blessings.
Know that there is a better experience than whatever you have experienced. This is the deeper meaning behind why god's like Shiva, Vishnu are depicted meditating - always aim to improve and seek the more higher experience.
When you seek more, life incidentally becomes very interesting. For example, if you are feeling bored in life, perhaps it's a sign that you are not learning new things. If you truly enjoy what you do, you will not feel (mentally) tired.
The highest experience, that is of enlightenment, can only be given - it can't be obtained. This is why the verse says "you will be given the highest good"!
    Deepak

    Tasmai Shri Guruvey Namaha 🙏🙏🙏
Thank you for a deep & powerful session Yogishri.
*** Never-ever say ‘’I am unable to do..say I choose not to do..’’...this statement will not let you continue in the wrong direction for long…this will help you choose the right things and help come out of procrastination and tamasic tendencies.
*** The Principle of Shreyaha - good, better and best… will deepen your sadhana and bring layers and layers of bliss & happiness and will start functioning with great level of excellence.
*** The principle of shreyaha will help smash your ego as it reminds you that have something more superior to achieve..when you absorb this energy it protects you from ego. You will experience life in a detached way.
*** Put in all the efforts and achieve things but always be in the state of devotion and surrender..’’Avapsyatha’’..thus become a Powerful sadhak.
***Yogishri, when You said that ‘’deep-deep within you, beyond your body/pranas/emotions/thoughts lies that Supreme Divine Reality’’ it's a very deep and Powerful Push. Thankyou Yogishri for pushing us to get connected to the Infinite...very very inspiring and tantalising.
Thank you Yogishri for the Powerful Hanumath dhyana..It's pulling me to repeat it again and again. Feeling the waves of bliss and joy. Deeply grateful for this golden opportunity.

    Hari om Guruji,
    Pranaams 🙏
Thanks for the powerful session with the energy blast and healing.
As mentioned our capacity to penetrate deep within us has come down drastically due to the yuga parivartan and sadhana is the only way for us to go deep within ,purify ourselves and get connected with the infinite principle.
The principle of Shreyaha has been very powerful and to everything in our life if we keep adding the word more then we shall be ever growing and not get satiated and stuck with anything rather enjoy everything in a detached way and grow. If we add the word more to Happiness, Excellence and Blessings we shall grow as infinite means which does not have any end. Whether it's Lord Shiva, Narayana or Dattatreya all of them meditate even though they being the direct manifestation of the infinite. So we need to get inspired at all times and be a Nithya Shishya and keep exploring and growing in our life both worldly and spiritually.
The word Avapsayath has been also powerful as it suggest that we need to put in all the efforts towards purifying ourself but the final experience of the divine has to be obtained and it can be done only by the divine grace and there all our efforts comes to an end and it's only the divine which can shower it's grace on us and help us get into the state of enlightenment. We are a combination of matter and spirit which is referred to as Jeevatma and a true Yogi is one who separate the material equipment from the divine and revels in the divine at all times.
Thanks again for the powerful session and all the guidance. Looking forward for the powerful empowerment session on attracting Abundance in all aspects of our life.

    Shreyah
    >Better
The idea of doing something in a manner that is better than before is an aspect of Shreyah. This looks at continuous improvement of quality
    >More
Another aspect of Shreyah is the idea of growth. The Infinite is never ending and Shreyah refers to that principle of never ending growth. In life, at any point if you feel you are complete, even in a worldly field, then you enter into a state of putrification, of decay.
    Avapsyatha
It refers to that which is beyond your control, the spirit of divine within you. A human has both material element as well as the principle of divinity. At the material level you put in all your efforts, but there is an aspect of divinity that is beyond efforts. After you have put in all your efforts you must surrender yourself completely without any of your ego.

There is no saying that I cant do anything but feel that is choice that we have taken not to do sometjing which will inspire to do thw right thing. Shreya also has means principle of continuous improvement in positive way. It also means principle of more, more happiness, excellence and Blessing. During this week’s Sunday discourse, the following questions flashed in my mind, and I request your clarification
    1. What is blessing? My understanding is that everything that I am receiving is a blessing. As you said, even the physical body is a blessing. Every opportunity to develop is a blessing. Having found a spiritual master is the biggest blessing.
    2. What is grace?
    3. What is Yogic Way? My understanding is, in your meditation, the deeper meaning of the verse is revealed which is shared with us. It is like Lord Krishna is directly talking to us.
    4. During meditation, when it is said, I am going deeper and deeper into myself, what should I feel?
    Thank you so much.
    With lots of gratitude
    Nimish Garg

    Hari Om Yogishri
In Kaliyug, the human mind's capacity to penetrate will reduce considerably, the mind will be very distracted. Capacity of mind to think clearly to do Sadhana will reduce.
Yoga Sankirtan Sadhana will help you in getting your mind back on track, it will heal Your mind. Focus your efforts on Sadhana, then even if your mind is disturbed, the Yoga Sankirtan Sadhana will heal you.
    You become one with nature
Fix various goals in life so that you get direction.
Keep developing good qualities within you.
Shreyas is the principle of continuous improvement- more excellent, more happy, more blessed.
Add more value in everything that you do, This is the principle of adding more. Principle of continuous improvement in the positive direction.
Guru Shakti will guide those who are in the receptive mode.
Avapyathsah put your efforts with surrender and devotion.
Always say I choose not to do an action By practicing Shreyas a sadhak will not get attached to any action and its results because he will always approach it with the thought and feeling that there is always something higher than this action and result.
In above the emphasis is on the experience and not on I.
    Infinite is endless
    Pranams 🙏 #Yogishri

Hari: Om Sir, Thank you very much for all your guidance in our daily lives _/\_
    Notes from today's session:
    ----------------------------------------------
    - Shreyaha: Important aspect of Shreyaha is targetting for "more".
---- More excellence, more perfection - Look for scope to grow
---- more happiness: aim for being more happier
---- more blessings: conduct yourself in such a way that you receive more blessings.
When we stop growing we stagnate and devolve. Mind has that weakness. So, we should always aim for growing day by day.
    - Avapsyatha: Principle of dividend, divisor and quotient.
Our life is a combination of the Infinite and the finite aspects. When we do our daily Sadhana and purify ourselves, we will learn ourselves to detach our consciousness and the pure self, the Infinite.
    Dividend - ourself
Divisor - is our daily Sadhana
Quotient - is the pure self, the Infinite, that we can seperate ourselves with and be in that pure form.
Thank you very much, Sir !

    Hari Om Yogishri 🙏🏻
The Points learn in today's lecture are :-
    1. As a sadhak our capacity to do sadhana has been drastically reduced in Kaliyug because of distracted mind
    2. That's why the help is given to us in the form of Yoga Sankirtan Sadhana which will reduce distraction of our mind and will help us in the path of self realization.
    3. We should do good to ourselves and be good to others which includes ourselves, nature, our family and the people with whom we are interacting.
    4. We should always have intentions to "Perfect More" in every aspect of our lives. This will inspire us to be more perfect in every action we are doing and it also will not make our life boring.
    5. We should always say that we choose to do the particular action. This will give us the awareness about the wrong actions we are doing. We automatically will choose Shreyas instead of Preyas
    6. अवाप्स्यतम् means complete surrenderance to Gurushakti. When we completely surrender to Gurushakti then only we receive help from the Gurushakti.
    7. Yogishri explain this by giving an example in Mahabharat of Draupadi's complete surrenderance to the Higher shakti at the time of Vastraharan. She received help after her complete surrenderance to the Lord Krishna
    8. After putting all efforts to to do the things in more perfect way when we achieve our goal then we should surrending our achievement to the Higher/the Gurushakti.
    9. This will start the process which we keep always postponing of separating ourselves from the matter means separation of our body from our soul.
    Thank you Yogishri☺️🙏🏻
    Hari Om 🙇🏻‍♀️

    Hari Om Guruji,
    Pranaams 🙏
I just want to have your suggestion as while doing the sadhana there is lot of vibration which I experience especially in the neck region and this has resulted in me experiencing the pain even after I finish my sadhana and there is a uneasiness/stiffness in the back of the neck. Should I ignore and keep up with my Sadhana.
    Kindly guide.
    Pranaams,
    Sadhak-
