Question of the Day ⚡What was your biggest takeaway from this episode? Let us know! 👇*** Unleash your potential with Erwin McManus' new book Mindshift! 👉geni.us/ctWmfU
Powerful! I wrote a comment (article 😊😂) full of my numerous experiences, why, and praise. However, upon the 2nd focused listening it was revealed that brevity mattered. LoL LoL LoL This entire video and the subscriber-student-audience comments place #1 best ever TH-cam Vid. Today was the second day immersed in TH-cam content creation. I don't know the mechanics, however this vid and I are on the same page. I have a mission, a calling, a great story against all odds, and a novel TH-cam/Book approach to fill a void inside a respectful representation by others. This niche demographic is expanding. I'm the seer/healer, storyteller, and not so keen to 'be on stage." My objective is to be of service, because spiritual growth, a heightened consciousness forged from inexplicable pain and decades of inner work, requires helping others. I can read a room, see the wounds, lead. Where is the best place for Q & A's and concept feedback from other creators and industry teachers? I don't have the budget for one on one coaching, yet. And any profits would be incidental but the lack thereof is not a deterrent. I love you guys and your subscribers are beautiful spirits, too. Love, light, and heartfelt gratitude, Pamela p. s. ^^^^^^ That's not my full-length article review! 😂😂😂 Brevity is one of my numerous imperfections. But I can write a story and balance myself out with a zero facade, quirky, fun, open, kind, and deeply empathetic spirit. Seriously, I'm resigned to the weird flaws. 😁😎✌️💃
4:24 7 frequencies of communication: motivator, challenger, commander, healer, professor, seer, maven. Brilliant! I think my primary one might be the motivator and then the professor. These do give me a framework for other areas of development.
Don't forget that being a content creator is like running your own business. You should upload things people want to see, just like business owners offer product/service that people need in their life. And when the growth becomes real, you can consider hiring people to help you run your channel/account more efficiently. The most difficult part is starting and growing of course, but consistency and hard work (with a little bit of Famester to help) will pay off definitely!
“When you have Wisdom, you’re actually living from the future in the present.” What a Bar!! I wrote that one down Fam! Never get tired of listening to Erwin McManus!
I have always enjoyed listening to Pastor Erwin speak and have wondered why Mosaic met at nightclubs. I Totally agree that Love is the greatest human emotion that motivates people to help each other. We definitely need more love and positivity online.
Thank you for inviting him to the podcast. Erwin brought much more than just tips for content creation, but advice based on a lot of life experience. Really enjoyed this episode. Thank you.
As a content creator, this is the best conversation I needed to hear! Too profound💯💯 My big takeaways- we don’t plan for success, our greatest enemy is not taking care of our inner world.
"If we could stop living a life of obligation and start living a life of intention, it would change everything." Beautifully said. Something I'm personally working on every day! Thank you for this valuable and inspiring episode 🧡🙏
Hello lovely lady, I saw your post here, I felt connected and I had to check your channel. I would love to know what you post and how you view the world too. Am Stan! Can I know your name ?
"you find a unique way to solve a problem everyone has, it's going to revolutionize everything!" YES!!! I've recently created a product and now I'm working on the back end stuff so I make a solid foundation for myself. I'm starting slow because I don't want to crash and burn.
Ok 3 mins in and so many gems already: People don’t care about your story they care about their story. And People want to be known for speaking and not for what they have to say…wow just wow. So illuminating! ❤
Love the content, AND how calm you guys are. Another plus? Not a bunch of cursing and F bombs so rampant today with "Influencers" Thanks for keeping it clean for all! Mark Rickert
04:30 Motivator - infuse belief and bring energy Challenger - David Goggins Commander - inherent instantaneous authority, tells you what to do. Healer - Lewis Howes - dealing with inner wounds and find healing… Professor - believe all change comes through knowledge.. Seer - visionary - start erasing the boundaries of your own limitations enabling others to envision something bigger for their life Maven - violates your views…
Thoroughly enjoyed this interview!! “academic intellectual pursuit when it’s a human pursuit.” “ if someone doesn’t speak on their frequency, then they don’t think God is speaking to them“ wow. Hod always used sermons and other people to let me know he’s listening and bringing me answers or helping me with the struggle 🎉🎉 iGoing to replay this interview with my client today who walks in saying play a sermon. This will be our church today.🙏🙏
Oh my gosh this is so good! Love the 7 frequencies and how you say that not the one is better than the others! Such an invitation to freedom and to be who I’m created to be 🤩
This man is so deep, so intelligent in his approach to bring new folks into his faith, what an innovator. I also commend him for honestly sharing his thoughts even if they might offend some viewers.
This is the most powerful podcast you have ever had, Sean! I so resonate with this man and his message. A little past halfway, he said that mavens are trying to find other mavens. I think I am more of a healer than a maven, but that is exactly what I have been hoping to do with my channel, find and help others who are experiencing what I am going through or have gone through and come out the other side. I just didn’t know quite what it was. Thank you.❤
Thanks so much for this feedback Susannah! Erwin is turning this into a book: erwinmcmanus.com/store/p/the-7-frequencies-of-communication Agree - this message is powerful. Appreciate you!
The fact that he took his daughter to the The Louve to see the Mona Lisa made me tear up a little and put a lump in my throat. What am amazing father! Wow! 💗 ... OMG, I LOVE this guy! Now he's actually honestly about church. Thank you Man. Thank you. It needed to be done. And I LOVE how he talks about being attached to your purpose and how you're always becoming. I feel like this fits for me. It's why nothing ever interferes with my goals, or even comes on my radar, because my purpose is pure. It's not wealth, fame (definitely not fame! LOL) or anything other than educating people on how to live in alignment with Earth. I'm blinded by that light.
Hi! I am so glad you are enjoying Erwin. I love your comment and your purpose. I wonder if you might be impacted by Erwin's comment in another recent interview I heard where he talks about a radical implication from the Adam & Eve narrative. It's the BSide from Nov 6, 2024 (just a few days back) with Tim Ross. If you jump into 1 hour 21 minutes and 20 seconds in.
Most people lack the understanding of Wealth. Wealth is not money. Wealth is everything but money and their are 4 types of Wealth. We focus on Financial Wealth which is the 3rd level. Thats why only 1% of the world "have it". "Wealth is not money."
Love Erwin McManus!!! I listen to all his podcasts, love his books, and now I am tackling TH-cam as a furniture artist digging into all Think Media's content. Thank you for all you do to help elevate!
This is the most amazing and inspiring interview I’ve heard. Already been said but the amount of wisdom and food for thought he poured out in this Think Vlog is just overwhelming. I am going to be listening to this several times, at least . Thanks 🙏 Sean
13:15 "Best communicator vs the RIGHT communicator" | PHEW those are bars🔥🔥 to notice the difference between the two and align speakers to the proper audience is a useful skill
Going to listen to this all again later today, incredible material. Also great job making it look like y'all were actually together, this is how I plan to do interviews too
This was another brilliant episode - So many useful life and content making nuggets ! Especially the bit about making content as simple as possible and the one about outcomes too
Story telling is as important as story living! Appx 25:00 That's what I learned from a million miles in a thousand years. You have to live a story worthy life.
I’ve been a huge fan of Erwin for years. We studied one of his books at my church. This was exactly what I needed to hear. 48:17 + is what I’ve been wondering about.
59:10 career hit songs:: Serendipity: deep life experiences that pull you out if comfort zones // Imagination: let your mind run wild // reflection: connect the dots of imagination and experienced. Have a deep love for people who are suffering.
Wow, wow, wow! So many great take aways. I want to hear more from people with wisdom, please continue to share the mic with people who have lived experiences like this. Thanks for having him on, Sean 👑
Powerful episode thanks for sharing! We're our own worst enemy when it comes to a lot of things in life: church, business, content creation, connecting with people and making a difference. I appreciate Pastor McManus's approach to communication and spirituality.
I think this could qualify as The Best Interview, for ME , that I have ever seen in the realm of communication. Thank You So Much Sean for a great interview, and introducing me to Erwin.
I totally agree. Which should be the way in any type of video is coming within. This is one of the reason i havent launched yet because of significance information and honesty and preparation through my guidance which the reasons why soon could shocked my family and community. No one knows unless someone i know see this but in order for my energy not to be affected, i have to listen to my guidance which is the right way. You dont know me but if you can feel my frequency. I am being guided to this.
I bow in the dust while repeating "I'm not worthy", but being 10 years younger it brings me hope that its not to late starting as a content creator, as long as i have something to say 🙂.
This was an amazing episode Sean 🙏🏾 You certainly always bring the right guests to add the greatest life changing perspectives🙌🏾 Greatest takeaway was knowing that not all motivation, inspiration or the way you connect with others are the same! 👏🏾 Appreciate think media more than you know Sean 💯
My biggest take away (there are so many) is that we have strategies for failure but not for success. Wow, that hit home because it's true for most of us 'trying' to achieve success 😮
16:30 The shadows occur when we are focussed on ourselves and not others… 18:05 Shadows Commander - dictator Seer - perfectionist Challenger - manipulator Motivator - performer Healer - guru (I am the source) cults Professor - micromanager Maven - pessimist
Im literally the former professor and probably part healer. Lots of good advice here and a great listen like Chris Do said - I’m one of those who does stuff while listening to long form. I just grab the phone to see Sean’s reaction to a zinger occasionally. Shorts are for fun, not so much learning.
How awesome conversation is this! I am really overwhelmed. Life is all about love. Our biggest and greatest identity is we are souls. We should identify ourselves through our skin color, religion, or other worldly matters. Finally thank you, 'think media' for this awesome podcast.
1-when you have wisdom you're actually living from the future in the present 2-when you have wisdom you do not make choices that cost you your future for something you can gain in the present 3-when you have wisdom you sacrifice the present for the future
This was a very good interview with a lot of positive energy. The only thing I would take issue with was his characterization of Myers Briggs and other inventories. Just because people misuse them doesn't make them flawed. They are meant to show you where your current areas of leadership are so you can evolve and cultivate new habits and competencies. The way he explains the seven frequencies is directly in line with that way of thinking. Thanks for the interview.
This was the best interview and realest one I’ve seen on your podcast and channel. People have a plan or strategy for failure but don’t have a plan or strategy for success💎💎💎 We have to take care of our inner world 🔥🔥🔥 This should be the goal of any speaker, coach, creative or content creator for 2024! Thanks for bringing quality interviews to the creative space and even having transformational believers and leaders on your platform!
Greatest hindrance is the fear and f other peoples opinions. Tell your story what is true to you without factoring into it how will other people feel about it? Don’t let the feedback define or direct you. Do not live for the acceptance of others. 30:20
love this, thanks for always bringing such good content!! (the sound was a bit weird , maybe just my headache today, but it sounded echoey or something like that) but love the 7 frecuencies from the frequencies from which not only we speak, but we hear: Motivator Challenger Commander Seer Healer Professor Maven great stuff!!
Thank you for this!❤ One of the most inspiring and gently directive videos I've watched, particularly for youtube growth videos. As a physio part healer part seer I find myself oddly in the minority amongst my colleagues ( a lot of motivators, commanders, and professors) and this reminds me to double down with it as my superpower. Especially when it comes to presentation and education on youtube, I find ' my frequency ' as well as a general introvert tendency make this an extra challenge...but really enjoying and appreciating the challenge with respect to communication and embracing other frequencies. It's a lot!😊
I loved this episode! The church part I did not resonate 100% with, but that is fine and it was interesting to hear. Everything else was revealing, and really SHIFTING MY MIND. Also great job @Sean, you managed to come back to content creation when it was needed without ruining the flow of the whole conversation. I can't wait for my book to arrive ♥
Good interview. Lot of insights to be taken in this 60 min session. We completely agree that add value to your audience and they will help you grow. We are a small podcast channel and sometime seeing slow growth wil be challenging for us BUT we are passionate and ready to put our best efforts in creating a good content for our audience.
I almost feel like the interviewer doesn't care too much about the information he is being given. His so powerful response seemed to be not genuine and cold. Transitioning into another question. Again wow so powerful then straight into another question. Watching all the way through it might just be nerves and wanting to ask the right questions. Love your channel and mission.

the whole episode was a takeaway!!!
We need a part two!!! 😮
Wish I had, had, my pen and paper out. Whew 😊

So much wisdom here. "If no one's offended by your story, no one is transformed by your story either."
26:47 - “The truth trapped in a bad story will never win over a lie told in a great story.”
4:24 7 frequencies of communication: motivator, challenger, commander, healer, professor, seer, maven. Brilliant!
I think my primary one might be the motivator and then the professor. These do give me a framework for other areas of development.
Don't be known for speaking, but be known for what you have to say.
❤
Powerful stuff. I picked that too
@@YouREnoughTVyes ❤
also my takeaway
As a small youtuber I like to see the growth of any person
“How can I be a vessel to solve a problem, to fill a need.” Love it.
I love the way Erwin thinks and accurately articulates his thought. This conversation is FULL of wisdom!
Really profound and wise.
lol
Don't forget that being a content creator is like running your own business. Thank you for this
i actually noted that on paper thank you
You should upload things ppl want to see. Amazing insight lol 😂
What's this famester always mentioned?
I’m 15 years old and I just started my content creation channel. I’m so motivated after watching this video!!! Thanks🎉This is my business!!!
Blessed to hear someone speaking from the heart and with a deep sense of purpose and intention.
Man this podcast is a fountain of wisdom that just keep on pouring out. I'm loving it!
“You can see those limitations for why you can’t innovate or you can look at those limitations as to why you should innovate “. Brilliantly said!!!
True
YES!!! I was able to innovate a product because of the limitations I've had. Now I'm using those same limitations to build a better life for myself.
“When you have Wisdom, you’re actually living from the future in the present.”
What a Bar!!
Whoops! He tells the story in this interview at 35:51. “In the world but not of it.”
This is *one of the most powerful* podcasts we've ever watched!
Thank you for inviting him to the podcast. Erwin brought much more than just tips for content creation, but advice based on a lot of life experience. Really enjoyed this episode. Thank you.
Wow! That second response was so powerful!!! "If you need more to say, go live a bigger life!"
He mentioned his wife a hundred times! His wife is obviously his best friend! I love it!😊
I also loved that he recognized her commander frequency but had nothing negative to say about it.
As a content creator, this is the best conversation I needed to hear! Too profound💯💯
My big takeaways- we don’t plan for success, our greatest enemy is not taking care of our inner world.
So happy to hear you got value! Thanks for being here :)

This has to be one of the best if not the BEST interview on the show 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Purchased the book and the audiobook right away 🥰😍
What was it? Mindshift?
Did you read the book yet or listen to the audio?

Thank you.

Thanks for highlights🔭🔭🔭
I just love Erwin’s message! Another great episode Yeehhaaa!
Im literally the former professor and probably part healer. Lots of good advice here and a great listen like Chris Do said - I’m one of those who does stuff while listening to long form. I just grab the phone to see Sean’s reaction to a zinger occasionally. Shorts are for fun, not so much learning.
This rocked me!! 😮 Very few people have strategies for dealing with success 🤯
How awesome conversation is this! I am really overwhelmed. Life is all about love. Our biggest and greatest identity is we are souls. We should identify ourselves through our skin color, religion, or other worldly matters. Finally thank you, 'think media' for this awesome podcast.
Fantastic speaker, Fantastic Episode 🙏Be your authentic self always
Erwin McManus you gained a new fan today. Also shoutout to Think Media for shining a light on these great minds.
1-when you have wisdom you're actually living from the future in the present
2-when you have wisdom you do not make choices that cost you your future for something you can gain in the present
3-when you have wisdom you sacrifice the present for the future
Get out and serve and truly LOVE others! Doing that will give you the experience you need to BECOME someone worth listening to. Yes!👏 ❤👏
Seriously interesting! I have never heard a pastor talk about Carl Jung type things like shadow work
I had to pause the video and get a notebook! So many good points that I want to think about for a long time. Thank you 🙌🏽
This was a very good interview with a lot of positive energy.
Sean, you asked great questions and Erwin, this information is incredible. Thank you for sharing
LEGENDARY EPISODE 💎💎💎💎

Top top podcast I’ve seen in a while
Amazing content. So wise and profound.
This episode is LOADED with VALUE!
You’ve inspired me to go get me a bass pro shop hat. One of the good things about it it’s the cheapest thing in the store.
4:33 7 frequencies that we hear,

love this, thanks for always bringing such good content!!

but love the 7 frecuencies from the frequencies from which not only we speak, but we hear:

THANK YOU🎉 BEST EPISODE EVER and so timely. I needed every bit of this
Thank you for this!❤ One of the most inspiring and gently directive videos I've watched, particularly for youtube growth videos.
Why did I get emotional at 1.06 . When he was talking about helping propel when in need.
Wow I must say, so much great content in one interview. I had to immediately purchase the book. Great questions was asked as well.
So many keytakeaways. Can repurpose this content a million times or make it into an ebook ❤❤❤
