Don't forget that being a content creator is like running your own business. You should upload things people want to see, just like business owners offer product/service that people need in their life. And when the growth becomes real, you can consider hiring people to help you run your channel/account more efficiently. The most difficult part is starting and growing of course, but consistency and hard work (with a little bit of Famester to help) will pay off definitely!

4:24 7 frequencies of communication: motivator, challenger, commander, healer, professor, seer, maven. Brilliant!
I think my primary one might be the motivator and then the professor. These do give me a framework for other areas of development.

The fact that he took his daughter to the The Louve to see the Mona Lisa made me tear up a little and put a lump in my throat. What am amazing father! Wow! 💗 ... OMG, I LOVE this guy! Now he's actually honestly about church. Thank you Man. Thank you. It needed to be done. And I LOVE how he talks about being attached to your purpose and how you're always becoming. I feel like this fits for me. It's why nothing ever interferes with my goals, or even comes on my radar, because my purpose is pure. It's not wealth, fame (definitely not fame! LOL) or anything other than educating people on how to live in alignment with Earth. I'm blinded by that light.

Thank you for this!❤ One of the most inspiring and gently directive videos I've watched, particularly for youtube growth videos. As a physio part healer part seer I find myself oddly in the minority amongst my colleagues ( a lot of motivators, commanders, and professors) and this reminds me to double down with it as my superpower. Especially when it comes to presentation and education on youtube, I find ' my frequency ' as well as a general introvert tendency make this an extra challenge...but really enjoying and appreciating the challenge with respect to communication and embracing other frequencies. It's a lot!😊

This was a very good interview with a lot of positive energy. The only thing I would take issue with was his characterization of Myers Briggs and other inventories. Just because people misuse them doesn't make them flawed. They are meant to show you where your current areas of leadership are so you can evolve and cultivate new habits and competencies. The way he explains the seven frequencies is directly in line with that way of thinking. Thanks for the interview.

I appreciate this conversation immensely, but I am going to respectfully disagree with Mr. McManus on one issue.
When you are teaching anybody anything that is worth anything, you should borrow whatever story you need in order to get those people to understand and live what you are trying to convey.
There are stories from the past that are necessary for us to repeat. Is not the Bible a story? And is not that story one we are trying to live even though we weren't there when it happened? So to say that to borrow or to retell a story from the past means you need to go out and live is shortsighted, respectfully.
On another note, the seven frequencies he talks about reminds me of Dan and Katie Fortune's book Discover Your God-Given Gifts which breaks down our motivational gifts in the same way with seven different aspects. There's an extremely strong parallel there which I've been teaching since about 2000.
    Keep up the good work.😊👊🏿

1-when you have wisdom you're actually living from the future in the present
2-when you have wisdom you do not make choices that cost you your future for something you can gain in the present
3-when you have wisdom you sacrifice the present for the future

Most people lack the understanding of Wealth.
Wealth is not money. Wealth is everything but money and their are 4 types of Wealth.
We focus on Financial Wealth which is the 3rd level.
Thats why only 1% of the world "have it".
    "Wealth is not money."

They talk about all these celebrities that most will never interact with superficially or intimately. They are all images talking heads - not the family or friends or co-workers you are involved with who are for the most part dysfunctional.
