Batter making process
As usual urdal +idly rice (idly rice should be powered like sooji ) is called ravva. Separately soak both urdal n idly ravva in water once urdal is grinded n idly ravva should separate from soak water without any water n then add to d batter now fermentation little salt try this method once ravva idly for better than sponge idly
