just got mine yesterday. Was looking for a cheap alternative to most other pixel sabers out there, and I'm super impressed. It also have a cool handle/hilt vs many other cheap sabers having a very basic design. Its everything I want out of a saber, and I got two for what most charge for one on the low end. I'm happy.
@Untitled yes hold down the top button and at the same time hit the tip lightly on the floor or ground. First button then tip. But it's almost one motion. Hope this helps.!
I got min the other day. The hilt design is great. The pixels are plenty bright. USB-C is nice, but being hidden is a pro and a con at the same time. The buttons are gritty and are easily pressed when twirling the saber. Recessed buttons would’ve been a better choice. The pixels inside are not as secure as my other pixel blade; I can hear them hitting the inside wall of the plastic blade. The random deactivation animation is killing the vibe. It’s a good lightsaber for the price and would recommend for someone just wanting the pixel effect. I wouldn’t recommend it if you expect great quality or features.

I'm not sure how to fix my V8, the one I ordered arrived with stripped retention screws which damaged the threading, there is no way for me to tighten my saber down at all. Customer service said there is nothing they can do to help me, they then quit talking to me in general once I wrote a 3 star review about how bad mine is all together. I feel like $200 CAD was thrown away.
I had problems also - just got a pair yesterday and made complaints and now their customer service has stopped talking to me also. Could I ask did you ever got your v8 problems resolved ?
Hi, this lightsaber is suitable for a dueling? To be honest I won't fight with anybody else very often, but I am afraid if I drop it the sword will break?
So with neo pixels there's always a chance for something to break as in the LEDs inside the Saber even if it says its heavy grade ect. It might be a while or depending on how hard you are hitting it against the other blade. Just depends.. That being said, I know it's not a heavy grade blade so I'd recommend not to duel with this blade. Hope this helps 😇
I bought it too and I'm waiting to receive it. The reviews on youtube convinced me to buy it even if I have to say that surfing the web I saw many doubts about the reliability of the site. The reviews there are fake, as are the 5 star ones on trustpilot. If, however, it will be delivered to me without problems, I will change my mind. Many complain about customer service, and fake reviews don't make a great first impression. Hope all goes well though!
I'm sorry to hear that u have doubts. I had doubts myself. But this review is my honest opinion. Also I had problems with my expensive lightsaber after a month I got it. It was under warranty, just like how these come with a 1yr warranty. Electronics have problems. Not all but some. That being said. I'm sure everything will work fine for you and I hope you like your purchase. 😇 hope this helps!!

TH-cam reviews make me think they're wrong, but I have to say they left me a little anxious

Bought one 3 days ago, didnt get your discount did get one from another youtuber though. Cant wait to get it only bad thing is waiting 2 and a half weeks to get it , but looks to be worth the wait
sadly I got my two yesterday - arrived with a sub button missing and looks like this was someone elses' return as the blades wrapping had been peeled back like someone had already tried to insert into hilt. I managed to get both working and charged, then tried some spins. about 30 mins in one of them stopped working altogether. contatced their customer services but they've gone quiet. Theres no return address and really upset

Bitterly disappointed with the one I got my son, bought him twin v8s so he could have a darth maul set up, there's been 3 warranty claims already and the blade has died again. I'm admitting defeat and not bothering with another warranty claim. Time to admit its a terrible quality unit and cut my losses.
@jediknight_jt now that im not frustrated, i can leave some honest feed back. The customer support wasn't too bad, once you actually got hold of them that is. However I've decided not to make ANOTHER claim and get the blade replaced, might try a local pc repair guy to fix the issue. I've had the blade replaced twice. Bad soldering between the copper(?) Connector and led strip, Connector not securely fastened into place and the button function is completely different from the manual. The buttons regularly shake loose and can be lost. Now for the good points. The blade is sturdy, the saber is quite well balanced and the handle is well machined with great weight and excellent finish besides the buttons shaking loose. Overall not happy with the product and wouldn't recommend them. I'd suggest saving up a little more and getting a better quality unit from a more reputable company.

@Gary Roe so they just got back to me, there's 5 websites for different states/ Countries. They just put my code on the Canada Website, UK, and USA Website as well. They also said they tried the code and it works. So it should be live for the UK now too. And They should be doing Canada soon for my code. Hope this helps.!

The V8 blades on the website are around 30 bucks so you could splurge for 2 and go buck wild on one blade while taking care of the other

Rainbow Blade doesnt look like rainbow at all, other neopixel sabers have way better color cycle in rainbow blade mode :(
It's rainbow. I've seen this kind of "rainbow" on other sabers from other companies and it cost more. 😬

Rainbow in person is extremely vivid and bright. This saber is a wonderful value and I absolutely love mine.

I just checked for myself. And it is still a valid code & it should work. Make sure you capitalize the first 2 letters.
