Straight to it!- No fluff, no nonsense, no loud ridiculous music, no frivolous yapping, just simple w/fantastic voice tone, model, demos- I’m 8 weeks TSA post-op & these are the best vids on here- thanks tons!
All the exercises especially in Phase I and beginning Phase 2 are spot on and exactly THE SAME as what I received when going to actual physical therapy. I will continue with your examples. THANK YOU!!
Thank you! I was discharged from PT for missing too many appointments (my fault totally, kept sleeping through my alarms) and have been trying on my own to rehab it, felling it getting weaker and more stiff ever day. This series is great and will help immensely! Thanks again for what you do!
Looking for all the videos you have on shoulder replacement surgery and therapy. Also, do you know a site to go on to watch surgery preformed on a real person ? Thanks.
Marie, yes. I had a reverse shoulder replacement two years ago. I started about week 4 with the phase 1 video, by week 10 I was swinging a softball bat. If any movement causes pain, stop before you get to the pain point. Ice afterwards. I had a second reverse done on my other, non-dominant shoulder six weeks ago, just started last week with phase 1.
I am on my second reverse shoulder replacement. I started Dr Boes phase 1 stretches and exercises about week 4, post op. I was very careful to stop at the point of any discomfort, especially lying on a bench with stiff arms raising slowly overhead. I recovered very well after first surgery. Was playing softball five months after surgery. They work for me. Had my second non dominant shoulder reverse six weeks ago and started with phase 1 like last week. This time I struggle and need to stop much earlier with the stick and raising arm so, I stop before that discomfort comes. Ice and tylenol afterwards, infrared sauna at health club is great

Insurance won’t cover PT via zoom so I’m grateful for these videos!
