@@desinatalia1264 the problem was in her husband and when it's fixed she got pregnant but she takes A very healthy food like fish and nots and royal honey and alot of vitamin like folic acid, vit D and coq10 for 8 month

I’m starting to understand and have now been instructed a by my doctors that those markers are more used for egg retrieval and IVF. Not ability to get pregnant.

Thanks doctor. You are very correct sir. I watched one of your videos before and went through the comments section which really gave me hope. Before then, I had lost hope after returning from the hospital and the doctor said it will only take a miracle because medically it's impossible for me. I have amh of 0.20. After getting becoming optimistic, some people that hubby consulted again told him that even ivf is a risk for me except I use a donor. That dashed my hope again but after watching this video, I'm up again!! Thanks Doctor. You're blessed

I recently learnt AMH levels are measured in both the UK and the US in nanograms per milliliter (ng/mL) and picomoles per liter (pmol/L) which I find confusing.
At 42 my AMH was 2.7 pmol/L. After taking supplements such as Vitamin D, following a fertility diet and trying to reduce exposure to chemicals in toiletries and household products my AMH has increased. At 44 my AMH is now 4.4 pmol/L which is 0.63 ng/mL.
It shows that AMH doesn't necessarily have to decline with age and I've learnt AMH isn't such a big deal with fertility as a whole.
Pls told that supplements name and,diet plan mam ,I have a low amh
this is why I don’t go to doctora anymore. because the majority just discourage. I go to a doctor to get a diagnostic and then fine the options online.

Thank you for the HOPE Dr Marc. I was told I had low AMH at 32. It was a real shock. I have no other fertility issues and have always had a regular cycle. The doctors told me there was no explanation for the low AMH and nothing I could do to improve it. I was told to do IVF. We’ve decided not to go down that path for various reasons. Thank you for all of your videos 🙏

Have an appt with Boston IVF 3/16 and I’m happy to get a second opinion. Luckily in my state health insurance covers infertility treatment 🙏🏼

Hi Dr. Marc need your help I received my blood work and have 3.96nh/ml I am 34yrs old. I was advised that it is Low however checked online the data for normal amh is from 1ng/ml-4.0 ng/ml. I am kinda confuse

I’m very interested in recommendations for women between the age of 48-52. There are many of us who want conceive with our eggs m. We are told our eggs are genetically inferior but no one tells us how to test them to confirm. I do understand the science and where are gaps in current understanding but I still have questions😊.

It’s not that theyre inferior just that the percentage viable decreases with age so you would probably need a lot more of them to get to a successful one than people at a lower age. It might be expensive and take a lot of time but it’s possible ❤ You can test embryos with PGT testing to see if they are genetically viable.
You can try things like human growth hormone and DHEA to help, these tend to decrease with age

My doctor said that it means that it lessens me be able to have a live birth. He was trying to convince me to do a donated embryo instead of my own. I'm 43. Yesterday I just had new labs done, so we'll see if my AMH has improved.

Hello Dr! Im pregnant (happened naturally) after trying for 6 months without success, with an AMH of 0.249 and being referred to a fertility clinic. Since I got pregnant I went back to my gynecologist who, after some blood work, prescribed me Prometrium 100g due to having Progesterone levels of 12. Is 12 considered low progesterone? Is Prometrium 100g safe during early pregnancy?

I tested twice the AMH and 5 times the FSH in general -
date: result:
25.11.21: FSH - 30
22.12.21: FSH - 53 and in 23.12.21 AMH < 0.13
31.10.22: FSH - 56
15.02.23: FSH - 18
22.05.23: AMH - 0.03
what is going on with my body?? 🥺 isn't it like really rare - almost impossible in my age??

Have you spoken to a clinic that does natural/natural modified IVF eg Create fertility UK. They say that lower dose stim can actually be much better than the higher doses esp if amh is low.

This is exactly my case and I am investigating it. I am 37 and I was diagnosed with POF at 33 y.o. Only now my hope is back and I am willing to do everything possible to have my baby twins! I dream of twins!
