I know this comment is old but these cars can certainly handle it. I’ve been spinning my 70k ‘11 SS like I just bought it for years with no problem other than tires, brakes and rotors. Trust me everyone, these cars are extremely capable and reliable even when throwing power down

Dump the clutch
And as soon as u dump the clutch
U press on the breaks right away
Not too hard tho or ur gonna be braking the back tires
