We had a blast fishing Lake Michigan in Wisconsin for trout and salmon. This was our first time ever open water fishing in Wisconsin so we tried both float fishing bobber and eggs and throwing jerkbaits to catch a variety of fish species. Stay tuned to the end for a rare Great Lakes species and a delicious easy salmon recipe
Thanks for tuning in again this week! We appreciate all of your support

Garlic & Parmesan Salmon Pasta Recipe
    Ingredients:
    1/2LB fettuccine noodles
    ~1LB salmon filets
    1 lemon
    garlic
    parmesan cheese
    cherry tomatoes
    garlic salt
    pepper
    1. Boil pasta until al denté
    2. Season fish with salt and pepper
    3. Sprinkle fish with lemon juice
    4. Melt 1/2TB butter over low-medium heat
    5. Cook salmon in melted butter for approximately 4-5 minutes, flipping once. You will want your salmon to cook to an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit (62.8 Celsius). The fish will flake apart easily when done.
    6. Mince 3 cloves of garlic (approx. 2TB once minced)
    7. Place garlic along with 4TB butter in pan and heat over medium until translucent.
    8. Halve cherry tomatoes and add to garlic/butter mixture. Cook until just starting to soften (you don't want them too mushy). Remove from heat and add salt to taste.
    9. Plate meal by adding pasta, salmon, and garlic/butter/tomato mixture then topping with lemon juice and parmesan cheese.
    Enjoy!!!

That was a coaster you can tell by the square tail. Lakers and splake have forked tails. Didn’t even know Lake Michigan had coaster thats crazy.

Love it, enjoy fishing even more when there isn't any crowds. Making your videos the way you do is perfect. Some are instructional how to videos, great fishing content. Georgus scenery along the way. Catch an Cooks are great recipes. But showing the good an bad days on the water is important. Lots of people don't realize how much work it is to find fish an then Catch them. Dipsy is really growing.

100% a coaster Brook Trout IMO. If it was a Splake it would have a forked tail and that tail was as squared off as you get. Amazing catch.

Kyle, we are planning a 3 day trip over there in March. From what I’ve learned, thanks to you and others, if the fish aren’t biting in the discharge, there’s always excellent trolling from there north, all along the shoreline. Yes, that was a Coaster! Thanks again.
