Rookie goes fishing on the Red Sea

My wife and I went to Egypt, Hurghada and when there is a water source nearby, I just can't resist not going fishing. Surprisingly she joined me and she's also excited when she sees the beautiful fish that we caught. Unfortunately shore fishing is not allowed at the hotel area (refers to a law 102/1983) and I just didn't want to risk taking the consequences, and you can not find any free beaches because Hotels own it or it is not too safe to enter the abandoned areas. I was looking for videos on the internet to gather some info about the fishing methods and about the fishing tour chorices, what is considered expensive and what not. But i couldn't find any information, I hope this video will give you some info. Why am I saying that 165 Euro is still too much?-because in Bali for the same thing I paid 45 Euro (tip was extra given here too). The guys on the boat said that the best time for sea fishing is in January till March, for tuna and Snapper. I took my own fishing rod, hoping that I can put it through a stress test, maybe next time. This video was made in middle of November, take warm clothing with you.
