Activity: We grow malting barley, commercial maize - of which we also go the extra mile by doing value addition to it through milling and process maize flour for sale. We also grow wheat, sunflower and a little canola too.
We do some dairy farming (25 lactating cows) on a small scale which we are still expanding.
KOMOOL FARMS is a second-generation farm, growing maize, malting barley, wheat, sunflower and canola with minimum tillage and GPS in Uasin Gishu County, Kenya. They use minimum tillage and GPS. They have 25 dairy cows and are working to expand that business.
