Actually the Malibu name goes all the way back to 1964. Sandy Ridge Metallic is a great color!

I love the Malibu! GM did an excellent job with this vehicle. They should've never put navigation in their cars and trucks, though. It's laziness!

Civic is small but more reliable

Nowadays there's not much to cars anymore called reliability due to the fact that there is so much technology packed into cars that almost anything at anytime can go wrong. The civic is a small car and if that's what your looking for great, the Malibu is a much bigger car, its height, width are the same as the new Impala. The Malibu comes up just 7 inches short in length then the Impala and the Malibu falls just short of being called a full size car. If you can, get the 2.0 motor because that motor does not come with the stop/ start feature.

Cameron Bedrava I’d definitely choose the Malibu over the civic. The Malibu is reliable, better looking, more capable, more comfortable, and offers features not available on the civic. I had a 2014 Malibu and it was such a breeze before it was totaled. Great car.

First it’s a 8 speed auto
Secondly it’s a 2.0 not 2.5

For 18/19 it is a 9 speed. He did misspeak though it is a 2.0.
