Thank you for the detailed guide for doing this! Liked the camera angles and when you showed the spots well. I was boring and replaced mark levinson with mark levinson. Prolly have to do this again in few years.

Thanks for the video, it was the only guide I could find to get at the rear seatbelts of the is350. One small constructive criticism, the music is a bit annoyingly loud for a how to video.
Was able to complete the job with no broken clips, and without removing the door trim, as well as the b pillar trim. Just the seats, brake light, and the deck, and got a new ML sub to keep it stock🤟🏼
Going to try the push in and pull up method on my is250c. Can't Find any vids on the convertible but should be similar, I hope. Sestak belts don't hinder the back seats on the c model. Ty *update* I was told in a IS build group that the back seat upper part does not come out. This can't be true. Hoping someone here knows different and can help. 🙏
@@Kin_Ton_Ti i actually did it without taking the whole thing apart, just pop the 2 tabs on the side the just disconnect it, u need a friend to atleast pull it up a lil and hold it😁
Thanks dude. Check out the video here: th-cam.com/video/qiMhn3a5xh8/w-d-xo.html for the SKAR option I used. As far as fitting bigger than 8" behind the arm rest like I did, it's probably impossible. Trunk options are limitless though since this car has so much space.
Fuck that … to much hassle for just a subwoofer replacement…stupid design by Lexus ,i guess i will just live with it 😅😅 or pay someone to do it ,looks like it s a whole damn day of work for someone replacing it first time

Thank you for putting this video together. I used it to replace my blown sub in 2012 Lexus is250 non-ML.
I had the same issue. Seems like a lot of people had the sub blow on them. Would you recommend this replacement?

Thanks for creating this video. Best tutorial I've seen for not just subwoofer but general step by step
Glad it helped dude.
Thanks for making such a succinct and detailed video.. hopefully it pays off for an upcoming project
2014 ES 350 has this kind of rear seat! Thanks for the great video!❤ You helped me get the job done faster at the body shop.
Simple and straight to the point, nice
Great video man. About to do the same on my Lexus is 350
Good luck!

Good work. I break clips if I LOOK at my car funny.
I also broke my clips on the same panel so i just got done ordering some lol
Nice Video, thanks man !
Great video
Thank you my boy
Can one cut the block off in the sub-hole? We need the new sub magnet to go into the it.
Is this the same process for the es350?
you should do front doors ..

Were you able to do it? I have an is350c and was wondering how to add serious bass to it
The bottom piece came out so easy. But @0:25, did you have to remove the bolts in order to pull out the seat?
Correct!
Great quality welds done with seam sealer. I wouldn't want you doing any welding on my car.
Then you can rest easy tonight in eternal gratitude that this video was not about welding.
Is there anyway i can disconnect the stock sub without removing all of this ?
Lol not that I know of no. I hear ya...
It's not alot once you get in there. Should take 30 minutes
My thoughts too. I can feel my speaker and it doesn’t seem busted, but something is vibrating and driving me nuts.

@@dinodejoras974 nice! Thanks for the input. I didn’t want to take all that shit out just to inspect the rattling speaker.
Nice video, do they make a bigger sub option to fit there for these cars? That's all these cars are missing bit more bass.

This is not for everyone!!!
I couldnt pull up the back seat , any help? my car ES350 2008
Argh, wish I could, unfortunately I've not done this on that car.
Which year is this body?
2008 - 2nd gen IS body
You are great thanks for video 🤣
